The elements worked well together and it was a refreshing change compared to the customary rolls we usually see in a lot of cafe menus. The bread was lightly toasted and a nice size. The owner actually told us the baked good- cakes and bread are done in-house exclusively for the cafe, which is something not usually done nowadays. The service was supreme. It was really quite busy when we walked in during the lunch period. Even though there were several staff working, each and every one was busy in their own roles. When we queued up at the counter one of the floor staff actually started taking our order with a pen and paper while we waited for the person in-front to finish, which just lead to the counter staff entering it all in. I've never seen this level of service before, which was a wonderful surprise and very thoughtful from this floor staff member. The owner actually had a chat with us while clearing our table and told us it'd only been a week since opening and how they'd gone so well so far. She gave us some knowledge about their coffee beans saying their blend was from a high end roasterer in Byron Bay.
