When we complained the owner became argumentative about his positive reviews??? Work that one out. The majority of the staff were nice enough however one waiter did not have a clue about diet coke and normal coke. It's not like Miami is a city particularly renowned for pizza. And it is definitely not a place well-known for its kebabs, that's for sure. Name issues aside, Miami Pizza is a decent enough takeaway on Waterloo's South Road. The food there is pretty decent if a little uninspiring and their prices are pretty competitive (they have to be considering the sheer number of takeaways and fast food places on South Road, to be honest). The staff there are friendly enough and pretty efficient, although things can get a bit hectic when it's busy. All in all, Miami Pizza isn't too bad but there are better places on South Road, never mind the local area.
