Throughout the classes he said things that were extremely rude with no real explanation. He told me I "didn't make sense" when I spoke, implied that I would put differences before my son's well-being, and even told me I should seek mental health help -- all said right in front of my co-parent, who is already very manipulative and abusive toward me. My co-parent later used those statements to bring up things in the court system, which made the situation even worse for me. Overall, this experience caused more harm than help.

Absolutely no consideration for my time. I came in for an orientation and Randy, the person that was supposed to be conducting it, casually walked in 35 minutes late to a 45 minute appointment. No "I'm sorry for the inconvenience" or "Thank you for your patience". But they want to charge a fee if YOU are late. If there are other agencies available to you, please consider them. Unless one of your favorite pastimes is having your time wasted.
