Time and time again we have called them about our yard and our waterfall troubles. The lawn is dead, and the waterfall continues to not work properly. My mother has always taken great joy in her yard. She is handicapped and lives on limited resources and can no longer pour out thousands of dollars to this company to do adequate resolutions to our landscaping problems. We once highly recommended them but no more.

0 Stars We trusted this company to complete landscaping work…read moreafter previously using them for trash-hauling services, but the experience was extremely disappointing. The quality of the work did not match the price we were quoted, and communication was consistently poor. Days would go by without updates, and the workers never followed a consistent schedule. During the project, our block wall was damaged by a tractor, along with our plumbing cleanouts. The crew was not respectful of our property, and we had to meet with the owner three separate times to address our concerns. He also ordered turf without providing samples or obtaining our approval beforehand. The company was supposed to complete two concrete pads, but the work was canceled three times because no one showed up. The concrete subcontractor informed us he had not been paid, despite us already giving Trenton a deposit for the job. We fired Trenton. The job was not completed. We are currently waiting on a refund that was mutually agreed upon, yet Trenton has stopped returning calls. He told us it would be ready over a month ago, and we still have not received it. Poor quality work with no integrity. Based on our experience, I strongly recommend steering clear of this business. If we had done our research we would have found a landscaper that would do really high quality work for less.

From the time of me reaching out and them giving me a quote to showing up promptly with a fast turn and working/cleaning up. It was so amazing and I wished I had more work for them! I had to remove 2 EXTRA HUGEEEEEE dead elm trees (maybe 3-4 feet in diameter), each topping around 30-40ft++ in height. These dead trees had been weighing on my mind quite a bit as I worried the huge branch and limbs...or even the trunk/nody could fall at any point and could seriously damage my property or harm any being who happens to be around it! Pedro came out the same day and gave me a very reasonable quote. He and his team were able to show up exactly at 8am for the next few days to get the job done. They worked very methodologicallly and really knew how to disable the remaining tree limbs and height without damaging anything! They were also so respectful to people's time and property. The estimated time to get done was to the t!. They showed up exactly when they said rhey would, did exactly what they agreed to do, were respectful of the clients and property and clean/haul all the debris to the dump. The whole thing for these huge trees were done in just 2 days!! So amazing!! Thank you for being such a great business around here. Pedro told me he had been doing tree removal for 25+ years. He knew what he was doing and it showed! If and when I have the job or know anyone who needs help with trees promptly, efficiently and at a very reasonable price, I highly recommend Pedro @ Sierra Tree Specialist. Thank you! I am so grateful for such a wonderful tree removal service. I never expected it to be done so fast and efficient like this at all!

Please email it to xxxxxx Thank you His response: Any warranty for this work is for timer box any issues and box faults. Timer box was purchased on my account and ur husband was aware of price for it I explained to him we could buy one online and wait for it to come in for cheaper r buy at just sprinklers and pay the 350$ for it so it was purchased not sure what u meant by or off of purchase I did buy it .Also so your aware I told ur husband when I first got there we should change box out that I thought it was miss communicating.we sat there for 7 hrs chasing issues down flushing valves and changing manifolds out and checking each zone for issues and locations. Also your husband told me zone 11 was a capped off zone and he had us going through zones over n over to locate the sprinklers by the east side fence .well east side fence was zone 11 he told me was capped off and didn't work but does work we found out after I went through each zone 10 times and checked for leaks all over yard to make sure those sprinklers didn't have a break somewhere .I hope this explains stuff to where your satisfied with the work we did . Thanks Also mama I will not take on any other work from you guys . My response: Wow! All this just to answer my simple request!? Side note: Well maybe it was a one off? I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. But I sure don't appreciate being spoken to like that, very unprofessional.

He did the job in about two hours on a Saturday. He was unable to fix the valve because it was a very old system. He was able to fix install the new plumbing correctly and it's been working well ever since. They charged me a reasonable amount in my opinion as sprinkler work is not easy and most plumbers do not work on automatic sprinkler systems. It is a very specialized job. Last week I noticed a leak in my front automatic watering system with another worn out valve. I called SOS right away and didn't even get another estimate this time around because I was so impressed with Aldo's work in my backyard. When he opened my sprinkler system box he found another leak there too! He was able to come out in less than a week, dig out my old pipes and valves and replace them for the same reasonable price. I'm super glad that I found SOS for my automatic sprinkler systems through Yelp. Cheers!
