We recently stayed at The Benjamin for a special weekend getaway, and there were many aspects of our stay that were truly wonderful. The concierge was exceptionally professional and helpful when I requested help in arranging cake and champagne to celebrate my husband's birthday be ready in our room for our arrival. We also really enjoyed our experience at The Parliament restaurant; the staff there were warm, attentive, and made dining a pleasure. Our one-bedroom suite was spacious, comfortable, and exactly what we were hoping for, great space with kitchen. However, there was one very disappointing experience that unfortunately overshadowed what would have otherwise been a lovely weekend. A member of housekeeping knocked on our door around 6:00 PM, and when we explained that we were heading out to dinner at 6:30 and that it was not a problem if the room wasn't serviced, she responded by yelling at us, this happened twice because she returned as we were leaving even though we said we did not need the room serviced. We really had only requested some towels but the front desk said they could send someone to freshen up. The interaction was unexpected and upsetting to say the least. We live a little over an hour north of nyc and chose this staycation as a way to celebrate not only my husband's birthday, but also the completion of my chemotherapy treatment, after an incredibly difficult year that included the loss of my mother. We were able to get away to see a show, museum and some nice dinners. Because of that, this trip held a lot of meaning for us, and the negative encounter with housekeeping really detracted from what should have been a positive and memorable experience. To the hotel's credit, a manager did apologize when I spoke to him and acknowledged the situation, but beyond that, no further action was taken. We hope that additional training is provided to this particular housekeeper to ensure more respectful and professional interactions with guests in the future. Overall, The Benjamin has many strengths, but this experience left us disappointed and did impact what should have been a special weekend. Not sure we'd stay again. read more

The location of the hotel is definitely its draw - very central to everything. The staff were all great and check in was a breeze. The rooms are large and spacious. The bathrooms are mediocre which loses a star for me. The hotel bar was also closed - I wish we had known this beforehand as me and some work friends stayed in the hotel and were hoping to hang at the hotel bar. read more

We stayed here the last time we stayed in NY. The suite was beyond our expectations. We had a kitchenette, a dining room with a dining table for 6, and a pullout sofa for our boys and two large closets. The views from our windows were not bad, either. No heat in 56 degree weather, now have a baby that is sick. Asked for a heater twice, nobody came. 30 minutes to valet car. When I left my daughter's first birthday cake in the vehicle I was told they'd charge me 75 dollars to grab something out of my car within minutes of valeting which was 2 blocks down the road in a garage. Total crap. No fresh towels. Not enough staffing due to always struggling to open the door by myself with a stroller at the entrance. Felt worse than a 3 star hotel. read more

We've stayed at this hotel twice now, and it's always fantastic! Emmanuel at the front desk greeted us with warmth and helpfulness, making us feel immediately welcome. Our suite on the 25th floor was spacious, spotless, and beautifully updated. The handwritten note and balloon waiting in our room were such a thoughtful touch for a birthday celebration. The hotel's location is perfect--so walkable and convenient. We've stayed here with our kids before and will absolutely return next time we're in the city! read more

We reserved a king suite and it was confirmed. Upon arrival we asked to make sure it was a king suite and the desk agent said yes then we got to the room and it is a queen. We complained and they said too bad the fine print says they give you whatever they feel like. Also they don't tell you before hand that there is no restaurant or room service available. This has been our go to hotel in NYC for many years. Great location and spacious rooms. BUT It has been bought by Sheraton and undergoing a renovation of the lobby and the rooms. Currently no restaurant. Don't stay here until they are finished by the end of 2024 or you will staying in a construction project. In addition they charge extra for early arrival and a daily facilities fee. Staffing currently is subpar. read more

If I could, I'd give zero stars. The location is pretty good and the overall potential is there. Unfortunately, the place is filthy, the staff is borderline incompetent or simply doesn't care to try. The ice machine, the elevators, the front door are inoperable. The latter is a safety hazard and slams into people as they attempt to enter hotel. The management, including their GM (Simon Chapman,) shows no signs of accountability and basically shameless. I'd strongly recommend avoiding it. Older hotel with dated carpet and furniture. Doormen were excellent and check-in was smooth and efficient. Rooms are of good size with ample lighting and airflow. Bathrooms are a bit dated with older toilets. Showers are a bit under pressured while soaps and shampoos could get an upgrade. Bed was excellent. Sheets were clean with solid thread count. This is our home away from home when we come to the city. This was our first stay since COVID. Preface - We completely understand that staffing is a challenge and on top of that NYC is crazy about COVID restrictions. There was no room service and their restaurant was closed. ZERO food service. Ended up having to go to a liquor store for wine and had my food delivered. They wouldn't even bring the food up to the room - WHAT?! The front desk woman I spoke with could not have been less accommodating and said that I could "just get a drink at the Kimberly next door". Overall the staff didn't seem happy and were distracted. Very nice stay here in midtown. Pros: - It's a 10 mins walk or so to fifth avenue for shopping and Rockerfeller Centre. - subway - green 4,5,6, Starbucks, sandwich shops and Duane Reade is just a two min walk away - 7th floor room we had was spacious - there was a small fridge and side sink and counter as well. - great hair dryer! Lots of heat and power. - we had no view but it was a quiet room - staff were friendly; we got a super late checkout which was really nice - $10 credit each night to use towards their snack section in the lobby (just give your room number at the desk). The items are overpriced in the sense that an ice tea or bottled water is $4 each same with a snack size popcorn. But it was a nice treat. You can't roll over unused credits and if you go over you just pay the difference. - bed was really comfy - a very soft bed which is not usually my thing but it was nice. Pillow was also really soft which I prefer a more firm one. Cons: - rooms are a bit dated and worn which gives a different vibe but clean overall. - shower head is low and I am short so for those taller it may be an issue - toilet has great pressure but not a fan of the door opening towards the bed (not great for light on the other person in the middle of the night) - AC and fan is a bit loud and can run really cold at times despite us keeping it at the same temperature. read more

I stayed at the Benjamin for a week on business and my experience came to be a total nightmare. I got bedbugs and I had to go to urgent care twice to help with the itching. The medication did not help with the itching and swelling that was caused. My itching lasted for 3 weeks. The worst part is that I still have scars from it. I contacted the hotel and they said to email them, when I did I didn't get a follow up. I had to be the one to call them back. I spoke to David a general manager he didn't sound empathetic at all. I sent pictures. They offered "a weekend" stay in one of their room. Why would they think I want to go back to this place ever again. I don't recommend this hotel at all, it also smelled like mold. I have a lot more pictures. My back is full of scars. This was truly a traumatic experience. read more

What a bummer! Hotel staff were kind. Our cleaning lady was amazing. Rooms are acceptable for the price and location. However, the resort fee is a hurtful scam. Our family really loved this hotel. We're happy with everything, and willing to look past things like warped wallpaper, one elevator servicing 26 floors, and malfunctioning thermostats. If you stay here just know that you will be charged an extra $40 per day fee. There is no justifiable reason for it, but it is in the fine print, and it will bring down your level of joy when you're hit with this charge at the end of your stay. Whatever bargain you may think you may be getting, add $40 to your total cost for each day. read more

WOOOOOW!!!!! This hotel is an elegant boutique hotel. I was nervous staying here because there were some mixed reviews, and I have never been to New York, but so happy we stayed here!!! We had a corner room on the 15th floor, and it was quiet, minus the street noise, but you're in New York, so it's expected. The one bedroom suite was ample room for 3 adults. A majority of the staff was amazing, and welcoming, minus one woman at the front desk. It's location is amazing, and walking distance to everything! I do wish the bathroom was not in the bedroom, so the person on the sleeper sofa didn't have to walk in when I was sleeping. Also, I wish there was room service, but there is Postmates now, so that wasn't a huge issue. I would definitely stay her again, and recommend it! I just stayed (2 rooms) at this hotel. I had stayed here more than once- before the pandemic and before Sonesta acquired it. This is the first time I have stayed here since Sonesta bought it -- and the first time I ever stayed in a"Sonesta" facility. For reference, I and my wife travel every month both domestically and internationally, and have stayed in all kinds of hotels, usually those more highly rated than this one, but on occasion (especially when I'm traveling without my wife, as was the case on this trip) at lower rated facilities. When I booked our two rooms ( me and 1 for my granddaughter and her mom) I made the mistake of assuming it would be similar to prior times i had stayed here (just before the pandemic I had booked 6 rooms, but then had to cancel because of Covid). BIG MISTAKE. THE RESERVATIONS I made for this trip told me the "total charge" --. But it FAILED TO CLEARLY specify that the stated "total" did not include something called a "facility" charge -- an additional$42/day/room which amounted to an additional 20% or $210 +taxes per room. To compound the NONDISCLOSURE OF KEY INFORMATION, when we arrived at the hotel we discovered it was undergoing major renovation and that the restaurant it used to have(which we had used for breakfast in the past) , was closed. And we also discovered NO ROOM SERVICE. when I asked at the front desk whether the fact that there was no restaurant or room service of food was disclosed and was told it was "on the website". I checked and found if you filled down several layers on the site and found FAQs and located a question of whether there was a restaurant there was, indeed, an answer :"Temporarily Closed". What a sham. Finally, when I asked for a waiver of the "Facility Fee" and was refused one, I asked how they justified such a fee when they have no restaurant and no food service. I was told it was for the gym and for access to a small cabinet of "food items" for sale in the front lobby!! Based on the foregoing. and the answers I got from front desk, I will never return here or go to any other Sonesta facility and I advise others to be VERY CAREFUL before booking a stay. read more

I usually visit five star establishments and I always get a complimentary text to confirm my stay. I never received a text that could've informed me that the dates were incorrect due to me purchasing a special that was going on with a bottle a wine and balcony for Friday when in fact I purchased a room for Sunday-Monday. Missing that text costed me $150 and embarrassment in from of my fiancé on his birthday that I was planning to surprise get together for. I paid $700 for one night in a hotel that didn't live up to its pictures online. There was a permanent cup stain on one of the air conditioner vents, dirty supply air vents, no lock on the bathroom door and my guests also made mention of loose tile on the balcony that made them fear for their safety. A once grand place with exquisite rooms, fabulous dining, a lively bar crowd and upscale clientele (yes even with dogs allowed) this has-been hotel turned motel is a huge disappointment. The resteraunt is no more, no room service or bar - beware when booking. Tacky "credit" given against the rip off "service" fee. The front desk staff are unfriendly, incompetent, annoying and insolent. Inexcusable screwups at check in. The rooms are freezing even on frigid nights with no way to adjust the thermostat to stop the blast of cold forced air all night. I must say that the dog's water bowl was sparkling clean for the $75 pet fee unlike the "dog bed" - a styrofoam thing my dog was more likely to pee on than sleep on. The location is great as few hotels allow pets but the mediocrity this hotel for the price is a huge deterrent. read more

I try to stay away from major chain hotels for some reason, I don't have a good reason but that's just what I do. Long research to find a good price, good location and good rooms for midtown area. Came across The Benjamin boutique hotel and liked the photos, reviews were pretty good, pricing wasn't so bad compared to other ones I looked at so I went with it. Located pretty central in midtown off 50th & Lexington Ave. Near a good amount of subway lines, near a lot of food places, depending on how much you want to walk...it's walking distance to Times Square, shopping off Madison, 5th Ave, Grand Central, and even Central Park. I can walk for miles & miles, so it fit my itinerary. Doorman opens the door as you enter the hotel, checking-in was normal. We flew red-eye so we got to the hotel in the morning time, but they will hold your luggage until your room is ready which was fine. When we did check-in later in the evening, the room was pretty nice, bigger than I thought, usually NYC hotel rooms are super small, but this was pretty good sized. We got a corner room so maybe that was why it was larger. Has a little mini kitchen with a full sized refrigerator (mini bar is inside of fridge), good sized closet to hang your coats and such, super comfy bed with plenty of pillows for a late night pillow fight between adults, regular sized dresser to for your unmentionables, bathroom was on the smaller side but it was fine, complimentary shampoo/body wash, big flat screen tv, nice desk, plenty of plugs for your electronics, wifi was strong, all & all it was a good stay and we didn't really have many issues. One little mishap was that housekeeping didn't check the freezer and the prior guest left a frozen acai bowl in there. We threw it away in the trash and the next morning when they cleaned the room and took out the trash they spilled the acai bowl in the entryway and didn't clean it up. I'm assuming the housekeeper didn't know they spilled it. So when we got back to the room in the evening it looked like a cat exploded on the floor. We used a few towels to clean up but it was already dried up and needed some elbow grease to get it off the floor. We called the front desk to advise of the situation and we needed a mop or something so they sent a gentleman to come clean it up, he totally didn't want to help clean it up and did a few once overs with the mop without really looking around to make sure it was cleaned up. I had to help him because I wanted to make sure it was all cleaned up because I didn't want to walk on any sticky dried up acai later in our stay. Other than that, the stay was ok. Celebrity chef from Food Network, Geoffrey Zakarian's restaurant is downstairs, "The National", we didn't go because we were never in the mood to try it out. Be sure to ask the front desk about the charges to your hotel bill, you have to pay a "resort" fee daily whether you want to use it or not. But you do get a $10 credit to use towards room service or at the restaurant. It's more complicated than that, so be sure to ask how that all works. Let's just say we never used our daily $10 credit because it wasn't what it sounds like when you are trying to use it. The doorman fellas were real nice & helpful asking if you need directions, if you need any transportation arrangements etc. So those guys deserve a Christmas bonus. Front desk was ok I guess, not the most friendly or descriptive but they will check you in & out and print a copy of your bill. Would I stay here again.....maybe, I like the location and the corner room was pretty good. We'll see. read more

They advertise on their web site that they have a beautiful hotel with a great restaurant, room service etc. my wife and I checked in and discovered no restaurant no room service No ice bucket no coffee in the morning. They still charge exorbitant room fees even though you can get the same services at a motel 6. I would never stay here again and the management has been no help at all. The best they can do is credit me the daily hotel fees. These are for all the things that are shut down. Love this hotel! Located in midtown with public transportation all around. The Benjamin Suite is amazing. I could definitely see myself living here forever (if only ^_^). The terrace and patios in the room were stunning. The view and height of the city was really captivating. I can stay out there all day. The en-suite bathroom were spacious and modern. I really like the kitchen (albeit small) - it has all the amenities you need. Downstairs you have famous The National Restaurant by Geoffrey Zakarian. UPDATE- even after the hotel responded to my post with the comment below and advised they would refund my reservation- they continue to reject the refund request. I haven't stayed here because of the coronavirus pandemic. Nyc is shut down along with my home state of Louisiana. Everyone is prohibiting travel and the Benjamin has REFUSED to refund my money for a reservation I had this weekend. Overall, our experience at the Benjamin was OK! Nothing to write home about, and nothing really to complain about. The highlight was how pet-friendly this place is (which is why we chose it in the first place!!) as you can see from the picture, guests get a pet bed, a bag of treats, dog bowls, and a roll of doggie bags!! It was very cute and our pup felt very comfortable in the space :) it is really nice to actually get something for the "pet fee" at a hotel!! Service: The staff were friendly and welcoming. When we called down to the front desk, they were very responsive and helpful. Decor: This is an old hotel, and you can tell! The chair in our room had some dark stains on it and the furniture was out-dated, but nothing that was a problem for us. My partner and I had a terrible experience at the Benjamin this weekend! We do not recommend this hotel. My partner and I arrived at the Benjamin, excited for a long weekend in New York City; however, upon arrival, we greeted a gentleman at the front desk and simply asked him to please confirm our room had a king size bed. His response.... no you do not, you have a queen. My partner kindly asked him to double check because he thought we booked a king, to which the man responded.... you requested it..... we're booked. We ignored that response and continued on to our room where the roof of our room literally looked like it was falling apart. There was water damage that seems to have been caused by plumbing issues and the light in our room didn't even work! Finally, as we are ready to depart from our hotel, we call the front desk and ask for our car to which we are informed that there is a 45 minute wait for car requests. My wife had booked a room in a nearby hotel well in advance for my 40th birthday surprise. Less than 24 hours before we are to check in that hotel emailed her canceling the reservation with no explanation. My wife then spends an hour on the phone with the Hotels.com relocation team where they finally find a room at The Benjamin. Keep in mind the relocation team personally calls each hotel to find these rooms and that's why it took an hour. We show up the next day to check in. The man at the front desk was very polite but couldn't find our reservation. His gruff female colleague seems to be aware of our situation and returns from a back office with what looks like a scribbled on email printout. She says there was a "glitch in the system" and our room has been canceled. No warning or email line or anything. We are stuck in the middle of Manhattan with a suitcase and no where to go. The gruff woman rudely told us we should have booked directly with the hotel and sent us on our way without anything. We spent the next two hours on the phone with Hotels.com who was unable to relocate us. We missed our dinner and drinks before the show because of this. They never found us another room and our night and my 40th birthday was ruined. read more

I stayed here in a weekend trip to NYC. In my case, I booked a terrace suite (18th floor). The suite was very large and had a great private patio. There was also a decent sized kitchen with a fridge full of beverages (mostly alcohol). I liked the little snack tray in the kitchen too. Bathroom was good sized, although not a lot of room for toiletries. A negative is an inability to stream Netflix, Amazon or Hulu (or anything) from the TVs. When I called the front desk on Friday night to inquire how to set this up (called at 940 pm) I got a very rude attendant who said "You can't do that here" and hung up the phone! If I had to pick one other thing as a negative it's this - they do let pets into this hotel. I have no problem with this but I am allergic to cats and could quickly tell cats had been in my room because my face got puffy with hives. I'm not going to rate the hotel badly for this. I would have rated this place higher but the guy working the desk on Friday night was a complete jerk. read more

My wife and I recently spent 10 whole days in this beautiful old hotel. The restaurant and spa was closed due to covid but the location in midtown just two blocks away from The Rock made it the perfect location for all our planed sightseeing. You are two doors down from one of the best Italian Restaurants (Bistango)in NYC and across the street to Starbucks and a 24 hour Walgreens around the corner. There are all kinds of small restaurants and shops just steps away from the hotel. Our room was clean and large. We stayed in room 812 which had a nice sitting area, and small kitchen. We had two closets and a nice bathroom. Eight floors up takes the hot water a little time to get up to the shower but we'll worth the wait! Our bed was comfortable and the shades blocked out all the city lights. Lyft never had a problem locating us or dropping us off. We enjoyed our stay and will probably stay again when we come up during Christmas time. read more

My husband and I spent 3 nights at the Benjamin in August to celebrate my birthday. First, let me say that our approach to the hotel was kind of a letdown. Although the Benjamin was/is quite an elegant hotel externally, normally, scaffolding was up everywhere and there was quite a bit of noise from workmen going on during our arrival. Check in, itself, was pleasant enough and we were able to check in a few hours early, for a cost of about $70. Our room was pretty large by New York standards, however we were placed right next to one of the elevators which made it quite noisy in our room day and night. Luckily we picked up ear plugs at a local CVS. There was scaffolding right outside our windows and the windows were filthy. The pros were that our room was pretty clean, the a/c worked wonderfully, the bathroom was beautiful white marble and had a window to allow just enough light, even at night to get around without disturbing my husband by turning on additional lighting. There was an alcove with a mini fridge a microwave and a coffeemaker and next to that was a closet with two freshly laundered bathrobes. The TV was larger than usual for a NY hotel and there were more viewing choices. The blackout shades were fine but the best part of our stay was the bed. I have never slept in a more comfortable bed anywhere, not even at home...it was just firm enough without being overly so. The first night, I slept for nearly ten hours...the second night, over eleven. Anyone who knows me knows that this is unheard of for me. I didn't toss and turn as much and my husband didn't snore as loudly. I just happened to Google "what kind of mattresses were used at the Benjamin", and found out that the hotel did a mattress sleep study,on one of it's floors, a few years back. It was definitely worth it. We were given a $15 room credit each evening for a snack in the lobby which was pretty nice and checkout was fast and effortless. read more

Drawn in by the "pillow menu," I booked a stay at The Benjamin last month. Given its reputation and price point I was expecting quality, but the overall experience surpassed my high expectations. I have stayed in several high-quality Midtown hotels, usually comped by the company I work for-- but none have been quite this great. From the moment I walked in-- the inner door swings open as you approach-- I felt welcomed. The desk staff was friendly and helpful, and the room I received-- just exceptional. I had booked a one-bedroom suite, but given that this is Manhattan I was not expecting it to be very large. Instead, the room was bigger than my aunt's NYC apartment (see photos!) and even had a little kitchenette with a fridge-- I mean an EMPTY one that I could actually put things in (and did). The king-sized bed was extremely comfortable-- especially with those special pillows-- and they even think of special details like a comfy afghan, extra outlets in convenient places, and a robe that felt brand-new. The rooms are modern but "warm" and very new-looking-- and *clean*. (I am really uptight about bathroom and bed cleanliness in hotels and am rarely 100% happy, but in this case I was.) Note: ask for a street view (which is what I got). They told me some of the rooms face an air shaft, and the view is really nice so I was glad I got one that didn't. The rest of the hotel has a really nice, non-corporate, "old New York" luxury feel. I liked that aspect of it MUCH better than any of the cookie-cutter Marriotts etc. In terms of convenience, the location is excellent-- a subway station is within two blocks, and there's a Duane Reade pharmacy/convenience store around the corner and lots of great restaurant choices nearby. 3.5 TL; DR: Two nights, deluxe one bedroom suite- over $1000. Nice? Sure. Worth that price? No. We got there right at 3pm which is their check in time. The system was showing our room as dirty so the desk had to call housekeeping. We had to hang out in the lobby for maybe fifteen minutes until we got the go-ahead to our room. A big deal? No. But for the price you're paying, this sort of thing shouldn't happen. The very friendly girl at the desk told us she would waive the Wifi fee for our stay since we had to wait for our room. Yes, you have to pay an atrocious fee for Wifi. We travel with mobile hotspots so we didn't take her up on her offer to "accept the charge then we'll waive it at checkout." No thanks. That sort of thing is always a hassle. Besides, my credit card is already pending for $200 more than what the bill slipped under the door said it should be... The room. First, the view was decent. We had room 2001. Nice little balcony, personally that balcony was the only thing that saved it for me. It had a cute little table and chairs and it overlooked Lexington Ave, facing south. The bedroom window faced west. Now, granted we're from NY and this was a staycation so we needed more than a view to be placated. The décor looks like it hasn't been changed in ages. The lampshades were dirty, the carpet had burns or something on them, so that if you looked out of the corner of your eye you thought you were seeing cockroaches, the sofa in the sitting area was uncomfortable, the clock radio or whatever it is in the sitting room is set to the wrong time (not even just the hour but the minute too lol) etc. Just really dated. Don't even get me started on the $8 bottle of water (They were on sale for 2 for $4 around the corner, same size and brand) and the "curated snacks"- half weren't from New York as stated they would be and they too were grossly overpriced. For the price we pay for the room, that box of snacks should be free. COME ON. Needless to say we laughed at the $5 snickers bar and found food elsewhere. Huge detractor of stars- the day we checked out, housekeeping started knocking on our door shortly after eight o'clock. She knew we were checking out that day and asked if we were ready to leave. Um, NO. When she knocked again at ten, my husband said, "We have until noon, right?" and she apologized profusely and left. After that we packed up and left anyway. Ridiculous. For the pros- the bed is awesomely comfortable. I could pull a John Lennon and live in that bed. The hot water is hot and the water pressure is great. Amen for that. The elevator is fast. Grasping for straws here... yeah, disappointed. I'll look elsewhere for our next staycation. read more

We recently decided to take a 2 day getaway in the city. After much searching and review reading, we decided to stay at the Benjamin on 50th and Lexington. I've often found Manhattan hotels to be a bit disappointing. For all the money you need to spend, you often wind up with some combination of; cramped rooms, outdated furnishings, bad beds, poor views, and subpar service. However, our stay at the Benjamin has shown us that you can get all the services and facilities you'd expect to receive at this class of hotel and not have to pay a fortune to get it. Our 1 bedroom suite was $299 and came with a great balcony and view, a small kitchenonette, and separate living room. Bed quality was terrific and the place looked great, really modern and fresh. The service was also consistently solid, be it the valet parking, room service or check in staff. Each employee we had interactions with was delightful to deal with. While the Benjamin is far form the best hotel I've stayed in, its definitely the best NY hotel I've stayed in. Five stars from me. read more

Meh...stayed here a few years ago for a planning session for work. It was okay but very cramped. Service was fine. Went back for a training session which started at noon. Again, the space we had was terribly cramped and not situated properly to deliver a presentation. If you have awkward space, you shouldn't sell it to unknowing companies like that. Also, the lunch was sitting out on the table but there were no serving utensils. The session started at noon, there were dozens of people there and when I asked one of the serving staff if they had anything to serve the salad with, he huffed and then went back to the kitchen, emerging a few minutes later with something to serve it with, while making sure to tell me "The reason there were no serving utensils out was because this wasn't supposed to start until noon". This was at 11:57 when he said this. So you've had the food sitting out for 15 minutes but you won't let people serve themselves until the clock strikes noon? Yeah, makes perfect sense. I was really impressed with this hotel! My partner and I have been staying locally for "staycations" during the pandemic and this has been our favorite one by far. As of 11/1 they're running a promotion where if you book directly with the hotel you get a discount and a late checkout. We got a queen suite and it was spacious with a perfect sized kitchenette area. The staff was extremely nice and practiced social distancing, wore masks, etc. they were also incredibly accommodating. Rooms look brand new great bedding, towels, bath products. We will definitely be coming back here again!! read more
