Lots of obstacles with mats to protect you when you fall. I highly recommend joining or just signing up for free play. It's literally fun for the whole family. We will be back for sure.

My 5 / 6 year old, despite being fairly athletic, wasn't able to do at least half of them due to the need to stretch far, be taller, etc. If you go on a super slow open gym time, there's usually plenty of employees working who are willing to help... but I did find that some of them really have no idea how to interact with smaller kids. (one was using phrases like "Gravitational pull" and "momentum" when trying to explain things to a 4 year old... ehhhhhhhh) Also, CAN WE PLEASE GET A CHANGING TABLE HERE? For heaven's sakes, it's the middle of winter and no one wants to change a poopy diaper on the floor of a bathroom. It's a KIDS' GYM. That means parents are bringing their families here --- please be 100% family friendly and put a couple changing tables in the bathrooms. Please please please. I wouldn't pay full price, but with a Groupon it's a nice day out of the house when you're stuck inside during winter. Oh, also, BRING YOUR OWN POWDER. Because sweaty little kid hands + hanging obstacles = blisters and ripped open palms. Take my word on it.

The owner is fantastic and up on everything that goes on at the farm, very involved and approachable. The instructors are great and there is someone for every level, whether you just want to ride for fun or progress up the levels to compete. The indoor arena is huge and the footing is like you are riding on a cushion. The outdoor is just as nice. The pastures are huge for what is to be expected in the area and always have grass. All the horses are well cared for. The lesson horses are awesome! You can learn something different from each one... Merlin being my personal favorite :) I would definitely recommend Brookfield to anyone looking to board their horse or take lessons.

It's absolutely beautiful, and so are the horses that roam the fields here. I've only been on to the facility a couple of times, but everyone was friendly and it was a five-star facility all the way. Their employees are wonderful, their facilities are top notch, their horses are beautiful, and Steven Spielberg himself has several ponies here. Okay I can't back up the Spielberg claim, but that's how magical this place is. I could not recommend it more highly to anyone with horses that need a home.

I'm writing this review months after the fact (well into the winter) because the negative impact…read morefrom last summer's Park Camp experience is still lingering in our home. My daughter, who was thrilled to return for her second year at Park School Camp after an unforgettable first summer, continues to mimic an inappropriate behavior she picked up from observing the camp counselors: constantly hiking up and rolling her shorts to make them shorter. Despite our ongoing efforts to address and correct this at home, it's become a stubborn habit that's proven difficult to break, all because she saw it modeled as "normal" by the adult role models at camp. This was never an issue before. The contrast between the two years could not have been more stark, and the disappointment is profound given the significant financial investment I made, as a lone parent household. Thousands of dollars for what is marketed as a premium summer program on a beautiful campus. The first year was, admittedly, truly exceptional: the staff were kind, knowledgeable, professional, and courteous; the weekly themes were creative and fully embraced; and the events were spectacular, thoughtfully planned, and executed with evident care and resources. It genuinely felt like a meaningful investment in the children's growth, joy, and development - a true, dream like partnership between the camp and families. The following year, however, felt like a complete bait-and-switch. Cost-cutting measures were glaringly apparent in every aspect, from reduced staffing quality to stripped-down programming. Weekly themes were barely present - if they existed at all - they felt tacked-on and half-hearted rather than woven into the daily experience. Events that had once been "out of this world" were now subpar: fewer in number, smaller in scale, and lacking the creativity and polish of the prior year. The professionalism evaporated; many counselors dressed casually to the point of inappropriateness, often in extremely short shorts that sent confusing messages to young, impressionable campers who should be able to view them as role models. I am not exaggerating when I say that I saw counselors' private parts showing on more than one occasion. If I had had viable backup childcare options lined up, I would have pulled my daughter out right away and demanded a refund. As it stood, we felt trapped into seeing it through. When I repeatedly raised concerns with the administration - specifically about the counselors' attire and its clear influence on the kids, proposing a straightforward solution like staff uniforms or basic dress code guidelines, I was stunned by their dismissive response. They refused to act, citing fears of "getting sued" if they enforced any standards. This struck me as a weak excuse; a simple, neutral uniform policy could have preserved professionalism and consistency without inviting controversy, yet they opted for inaction over prioritizing positive role modeling for the children entrusted to them. Overall, this experience shattered our trust in the program. What was once a summer highlight has left lasting negative effects we're still navigating months later, alongside deep hesitation about ever returning. Families paying premium rates rightfully expect accountability, consistency, and genuine investment in quality - not apparent corner-cutting that undermines the entire experience. Sadly, the second year fell disastrously short of the high standard set by the first, leaving us feeling deceived by what amounted to a classic bait-and-switch. As a business owner myself, I fully understand how tough the economy has been on everyone these past few years, and I genuinely wanted to give the program the benefit of the doubt. Cost pressures are real, and no one expects perfection in difficult times. However, the lack of accountability and unwillingness to engage seriously with constructive feedback left me no choice but to share this publicly. I tried repeatedly to resolve these matters privately, but my concerns were not taken seriously. I hope this review helps other families make informed decisions and perhaps encourages the camp to restore the high standards that made our first year so special. Regrettably, I don't think we will be returning.

My son began having sessions offered at school so I removed him for the package. Proir to signing up I specifically asked if the hours were not were not used will they roll over. The rep insured me that they did. Even after removing my son we had an additional four hours available for usage. I thought gee this is great my daughter can use the extra hours around testing time. Since the rep told me they would roll over I did not ask for a refund for my son. My mother passed away in October and we were traveling back and forth from California to Indiana in order to resolved everthing. Because thier rep told me hours would roll I was not worried and focused more on my family. It wasnt until today 1/23/2023 that I went to update my payment infor that I saw the " credit expired notices" . I was like what the heck and immediately called. The rep I spioke to bascially told me I was SOL because its in their guidelines. So basicelly their reps do a bait and switch to get you to sign up. The rep offered no help and was like basically I can help you cancel and you will klikely not get a refund. Total bs more than 500 bucks down the drain. I trusted you guys!! You are liars and scammers! Your supposed to help and be an assisant but Ill guve you an A for you business structure and ripping people off. People please find your own private tutor or a place were you pay as you go, *****++ update 1/26/2023 When the client experience department reached out I was 100% sure they were going to give me the runaround and offer me expired coupons to make up for it. What did happen was actually quite beautiful and I was brought to tears shortly after. I spoke with what I can only imagine to be an angel ( not kidding at all). This angel was named Elise B. and this was by far the best experience i've ever had in my life when dealing with disputed matters. Elise B. offered more than an opportunity to resolve my situation, she offered what most people fail to do and that is "Listen" . Most people listen to respond rather than to understand where a person was coming from. Losing my mother the last 90 days has rocked my world and I watch people lose compassions for human decency because they are in pain. Elise B. made one simple statement that changed the course and tone of the entire conversation and that was " I am ready to help , would you please tell me what happened and what would you you like to see to make this right." I was honestly paused by the very sincere way she approached that I was almost rendered speechless ( like omg someone cares!!! ) . She let me talk , she didn't interrupt and let me explain how I felt information was miscommunicated and that I felt helpless. Some may think I overreacted, but there is no overreacting when it comes to my child's education and ensuring her future. My child sought Varsity and found not only home but an amazing tutor who has become more like an aunt/sister which has increased my child's learning experience. So you can see it was devastating on having to end the relationship. Not only that but I work hard for every dollar I earned and I refuse to waste giving light of inflation and what not in our country. With that being said , thank you so much Elise B. for crediting my child her hours back and restoring my faith back into Varsity tutors so that my child can continue striving for the best with her amazing tutor. This is how you handle customer freaking service. 10/10 . Elise B. you absolutely made my day and I hope this could be a first line of defense instead of the last.
