I had been in this White Palace 2 many times before when it was called Emerald restaurant. This venue is the best, it was really a beautiful night club serving Chinese food. They had New Years eve party every year and I will miss these forever. So if you are looking for a restaurant for your wedding reception, this is it. Most people are not that fussy, I notice people enjoy the ambiance and the beautiful décor for a memorable experience, I speak from my experience, my sister had her big birthday party and everybody I asked just loved the food. VACF requested a donation of $60 pp. The menu was very short, not your usual wedding menu. 1) The appetizers just had some chewy seafood, fried dough and oranges not the usual cold cuts and other delicacies. 2) The only good dish was the fried prawns in special sauce over noodles. 3) They did not even have a beef dish, the tofu was so bland I could not eat it. 4) Hainan chicken was so chewy, very fatty/greasy and bland the green sauce that came with it was also bland. 5) The fish was filet not whole fish like in many weddings I went to but it was tasty. 6) The fried rice was so bland nobody ate it, don't they try to put a little more soy sauce, there was hardly any eggs or char siu, not even enough onions for flavor. When my sister had her birthday party, she ordered the full wedding menu w lobster and only 3 out of 10 dishes were tasty. I'm writing this for my sister and cousin to take note, I will not attend my cousin 3rd live concert at WP, their sound system was loud and had echos, the sound is better here at WP2 but the food is the same recipes, not delicious and not worth the $150 I usually paid. I will of course attend next year VACF to support cancer survivors including myself. This year VACF throw a big party here. Dr Bich Lien, the founder husband just passed away of cancer, my husband just had a craniotomy so I feel her pain, she is a wonderful oncologist and accomplished humanitarian. She organized this annual event, she gave a heartfelt speech to open the reunion, God bless her, we had photobooths, raffles, entertainment with a show w singers, karaoke and an amazing ballerina. I could not believe I won a raffle prize. I'm looking forward to this annual event, the food to me was not important,it's the ambiance and the vibes that count and that added 1 star to my review.

The team provided a large screen and laptop for our video montage, a cable to play personal music through the in-house speaker system, as well as a microphone and podium. They even supplied an easel for our loved one's portrait and an additional table for photographs, ensuring that every personal touch was seamlessly integrated. The linen selection was extensive, but we opted for classic all-white linens, which complemented the elegant setting beautifully. The service was impeccable. Ana and Bryana were not only responsive, professional, and incredibly accommodating, but also genuinely kind and authentic, a quality that extended to the entire staff. They ensured that everything ran smoothly, and their attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Our family recently celebrated our son's HS graduation party at XO Lounge. We had a wonderful…read morebeginning-to-end experience that included incredibly responsive, thorough, and professional communication with Jamie--the main contact in charge of booking, planning, and operational oversight. On the day of the event, Hope, Hai, Lola (bartender) and the remaining staff were unbelievably helpful, accommodating--and integral to our efficient set-up and smooth execution of a successful celebration. XO Lounge is a very posh venue with modern décor. The nightclub vibe and setup provided the core foundation--that minimized decorative needs for our graduation-themed event. Our event hosted approximately 150 guests--that we comfortably housed in the smaller nightclub event area. Despite opting out of seated dining, our area easily accommodated our guests with the use of the booths and lounge-style sofa set-up for central-space seating. We still had surplus space leftover--that was allocated for the dance floor and bar area. The nightclub further opens into an enclosed courtyard--allowing for additional cocktail tables, bar stools, and lounge-roaming for our guests. Our party featured a standard photo-booth setup with an 8-ft props table--as well as a 360-spinning video-booth in the front entryway lobby area (just to the left of entrance). Our 360-video-booth included an inflatable enclosure--that successfully fit in the entryway alcove. Our rented XO Lounge space features a stage with a floor-to-ceiling TV-grid. This large multi-screen TV--along with dozens of TVs lining the entire room-walls--cycled a slideshow of our graduate's photos throughout the evening. XO Lounge further features a full PA system, DJ plug-ins for surround sound (you must provide your own DJ/music/equipment), full nightclub equipment (e.g. spinning disco-ball light machines, fog machines, laser strobing, etc.), full bar & bartender staff, etc. I LOOVED that XO included all the needed tables of various lengths and sizes--with fitted fabric *tablecloths* included. Fabric tablecloths may seem like a minimal feature, but fitted cloth coverings elevate a sophisticated aesthetic while alleviating the patron from the added costs for these supplies. Hope oversaw our function and was so attentive--always offering to help with literally *anything*--to reduce stress for the hosts (I really appreciated that!). The venue was surprisingly affordable--with a nominal outside-catering fee; the staff were professional and delightful; and the party space and outdoor-courtyard areas fit our guests, photo/video-booths, food vendors, Welcome table, Sweets table, and largescale Balloon Arch. XO Lounge features one-stop-shop booking and planning services for all party needs, (i.e. catering, decoration, DJ, photo-booth vendors, etc.)--though we did not partake of these additional offerings. Hosting an event on this scale is stressful (IYKYK), but this venue and staff minimized the stress and streamlined our experience for a fantastic celebration. Our family would definitely book with XO lounge again for future event planning needs--and would highly recommend to our friends, family, and others. Our guests had the BEST time; and we had a GREAT PARTY celebrating our newest grad!

However, parking is offered at the shopping center as an alternative.
