I was almost faithful this could have been a nice steak, and certainly it was but only on paper.
From the moment I ordered a medium steak to the time I was served a well-done steak it lapsed less then 5 minutes. Hence the steak was pre-cooked or so.
The grill was everything but not charcoal, and I am 90% sure I read charcoal grilled somewhere in the menu (but can't remember it).
Guess what, I was not that surprised as this seems to be the "standard" in all the Wetherspoon pub I ate to date.
The bartender was just useless. I ordered my steak and the drink, a Reckordleigh and he didn't say anything about this was not the alcoholic drink included the price. When I spotted the extra price, I asked for info and it was only then that I was told I could have had a drought or something shown at the bottom of the menu but not my chosen drink.
The only nice thing of this place was the almost nice interior decor, but this was not enough for making me happy. read more
