They have a big event tent in the back that they use for either extra restaurant seating or to rent out. Our family hosted a wedding celebration for us back there and they let us bring our own food, cake, and decorations, but had a bar window open so everyone could still order drinks from them. It was the perfect space and we enjoyed every second. The owners rock!

Only thing about the food is there are often things 'not in stock', so may be best to ask staff before ordering. Prices are of course cheap, so if it's the wrong side of pay day this is the place to go. From Thursday nights onwards it can get really busy, and on occasion there have been some unsavoury types in there that we would rather have avoided. There is a decked/seated area outside for smokers/sun worshippers too. The pub is right next to Northwood Hills Station too, so you can't miss it! It's an okay place to go for some dinner or a few bevvies if youre looking for a cheap night out.

Excuses? Maybe :) It is a Fullers pub and my only winge against the newer owners was that they got rid of the ESB and the Chiswick. Now there is just Discovery, Pride and Seafarers. Ridiculous that the latter two be seen together when you have a selection of two. They are practically identical. Mind, my wife would thank them that ESB got taken off! Seriously though, put Lancer on or something different. Even when Autumn Fox comes on, it is basically Pride. I understand that it simply isn't worth their while getting a guest ale in, it isn't busy enough during the week, no way. Good food, decent prices. Very pleasant couple. Well run.
