But then, I got an email from Frank Perry at The Beer Store in Mississauga saying they would be reimbursing us for the gift card - and giving us an extra $10 for the trouble of having to call in!! Apparently, they have had some trouble with people hacking into their gift card system, so I guess we weren't the only one they heard from. I was so happy with the good customer service.
