We went inside and ordered the 'Supreme burger' with an added beef patty, the 'Bacon Feast burger' with an extra beef patty, bacon and cheese fries, and a vanilla and Nutella milkshake. Everything was reasonably priced, as majority of the pricing was the average of other competitors. We took a seat outside to wait. The shakes were brought out first. Both of them looked amazing - very simplistic in comparison to the crazy freakshakes on the market, but still great. Both flavours were creamy, rich and thick. The Nutella parfait on top of the shake was DELICIOUS. We could not get enough of it. Soon after, the bacon and cheese fries came out. It is a fairly small serving, but just enough to accompany a large burger. They were hot and crispy, and the chips were a thick cut. We loved the cheese sauce and bacon bits. This side was very impressive. Then our burgers followed. They looked great, particularly the 'Bacon Feast burger'. Despite the attractive aesthetic, we were unfortunately left slightly disappointed. The beef patties were cooked well, and we loved the fact that they weren't greasy or heavy - but to us they tasted a little bland, like there was a lack of seasoning and slight dryness. The cheese was melted well, and the bacon tasted nice. The 'Supreme burger' was also a bit of a letdown, having the same beef issue. We were hoping the avocado and aioli could offer some salvage but they didn't. Definitely not the worst burgers we've had, but there was room for improvement in our perspective. We are looking forward to going back to the Burger Business to give them another go, as their staff were great, and their shakes and sides were phenomenal.

Unlike its name sake we weren't confronted by drunk lady tourists flashing their bits. Instead we where given a generous and affordable drink menu and a tantalising food menu. With a glass of sparkling and a serve of perfectly cooked roti bread there wasn't much more that could have made me happier. Until a mountain of chicken pad thai turned up to tease me. Followed by a deceptively dainty bowl of coconut rice accompanied by lamb mud saman curry. I don't really want to go into details about how delicious this food was as I really feel you need to experience it for yourself. Sufficient to say I walked out border line food coma. Even under ordering I wasn't able to fit in dessert due to the generous dishes. It's the little touches that really impressed. With oversight from a couple of staff from the original Carlton north store, they are grilling (medium rare!) burgers, frying up sweet potato fries, and swilling American sodas out in the sticks. And, though it has only been five days, the quality seems equal to the original shop. Quality produce, prepared efficiently and well, and served on enameled tin plates. The burgers are big. The aptly named big burger is a whole meal in itself. But there are sides to choose from as well: sweet potato fries, normal potato fries, chilli cheese fries for those who like to turn their chips into their main meal. And a pretty epic selection of American and Mexican soft drinks, along side Phoenix juices and fizzy offerings. The ambiance is nice, going with the polished-concrete-and-exposed-bulb aesthetic of the original shop - which, in the outer suburbs, isn't overdone yet. I'm looking forward to the weekly specials menu being up, and trying some of the spectacular-looking cakes TL;DR: visit. The food is great. Meat Lovers Pizza Eye fillet steak - medium to perfection, tender and juicy (expect for my sister not liking rocket leaves) Pork Belly - falls apart and juicy.
