It has a drop down table, cup holders along with a charging station. This is what drew us to purchase. Upon delivery, the charging station does not work. We call Raymour and Flanagan, speak to a wonderful woman named Marlene, who refers us to the service department. Over a couple of weeks, I talk with several people, leave several messages with service dept. No callbacks. Frustrated, I call again, finally speak with service dept. manager, Miranda, and ask why no call back? She claims she never got messages from customer service. She then informs me that this item is out of stock, and I now have to wait until the end of April. She ensures me a call back with date and time of a new delivery. She never calls or emails. Today is May 8th, I call, and speak to Marlene, customer service rep, she is so kind, and who apologizes. She helps me right away, my delivery will be here next week. To spend 5k on furniture for this kind of service. Bad service dept. Kudos to Marlene, you are patient and kind. To spend almost 5K for this kind of service? I will now shop elsewhere.

They were professional and have been in business for years and they furnishings they sell are top notch. The set we bought was all handmade in America. They had what we we looking for in stock and didn't have to order and was delivered free a few days later. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone and if I ever need anything furniture related I will head back here and buy from them again. Yes there prices are higher the some box stores but the quality and craftsmanship that goes into each piece is amazing.

I ordered a split king bed online and paid for their "white glove" delivery with set up. The morning of my delivery window came and went, so I called their customer service line to find out what was going on. The customer service rep told me that I owed an additional $42 and that my order was "on hold" until payment was processed. When I asked how this could have happened, because I ordered it online and they were the ones who calculated the total, so the issue was with their system, I was told "yeah, online ordering can be glitchy" I then asked the customer service rep why no one notified me that my order was on hold, especially since they had charged my credit card and sent me an email confirmation that was order was set and I was told that no one monitors that system so there would be no way to notify me unless I called in. What a stupid process and dumb answer to receive. I then had to call back and speak with someone from sales to pay the additional amount and they were able to schedule my pickup for the following Tuesday (they don't deliver on Sunday or Monday for some reason) I then went to read the online reviews and became so concerned because so many people have had problems with this company and everyone had a story of a delivery gone wrong or some other issue. Luckily, I received the bed, with all the parts, and the delivery folks set it up quickly and got on their way. I don't imagine that I'll ever shop here again, the whole experience was frustrating and it's evident that they don't care about their customers.

I went down to the basement where they have sale items, cash only. There were two associates on that floor and younger gentleman and older gentleman that paid absolutely no mind spent more time in their cell phones. Although the entire store is beautiful with many options, besides Ivan and Kevin. I didn't feel like a customer.
