After doing some research and speaking with a few companies, we decided to choose Masterson. Ron and Scott were so easy to work with and took what was an overwhelming process and made it so easy. Scott pulled many sample books and spent time talking to us to best understand what colors and designs we were interested in. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We dropped off the cushions in early May and from the very beginning, told us not to focus on price choose what we liked, and he would be happy to work with us on price. As you can imagine, looking at so many colors and designs can be quite overwhelming and Scott was extremely professional and helped by offering suggestions based on the information we gave him. After sometime, walking around the showroom and looking at many books, my husband and I chose d the fabric that we liked the best. Scott worked his magic and made some phone calls however, found out that the print we had chosen had been discontinued. Back to the drawing board, we went with Scott by our side, helping us along the way. After a couple of hours, we couldn't keep colors and patterns straight anymore so Scott offered to let us bring home some samples and decide what we liked in our home against our furnishings. Within a few hours of getting home we chose the fabric that was perfect for us! We called Scott the next morning and asked him to please place the order. When we arrived at the showroom to return the sample we had borrowed, we told Scott there was an event at our house in three weeks and asked him if it was possible to have the cushions finished by then. Scott was very upfront and told us he would do his best but could not make any promises as he had some clients before us. A couple of days before the date of our event, we spoke with Scott and he told us he would have the cushions ready for us by the end of the week. We were over the moon with joy! , Not only had Scott given us a very reasonable price for the reupholstering of the cushions, he was able to return them finished to us by the time that we had hoped. We cannot say enough great things about Masterson or Scott and his brother Ron. Masterson takes the time to understand what you are looking for and go above and beyond to help you sift through the tremendous amount of options available at their showroom. They are professional, fairly priced, and in our opinion, take the time to really understand what their client is looking for. If you find yourself looking to have a piece of furniture reupholstered, consider Scott and Ron at Masterson's upholstery. Masterson did a great job for us and they will do the same for you. I ordered a split king bed online and paid for their "white glove" delivery with set up. The morning of my delivery window came and went, so I called their customer service line to find out what was going on. The customer service rep told me that I owed an additional $42 and that my order was "on hold" until payment was processed. When I asked how this could have happened, because I ordered it online and they were the ones who calculated the total, so the issue was with their system, I was told "yeah, online ordering can be glitchy" I then asked the customer service rep why no one notified me that my order was on hold, especially since they had charged my credit card and sent me an email confirmation that was order was set and I was told that no one monitors that system so there would be no way to notify me unless I called in. What a stupid process and dumb answer to receive. I then had to call back and speak with someone from sales to pay the additional amount and they were able to schedule my pickup for the following Tuesday (they don't deliver on Sunday or Monday for some reason) I then went to read the online reviews and became so concerned because so many people have had problems with this company and everyone had a story of a delivery gone wrong or some other issue. Luckily, I received the bed, with all the parts, and the delivery folks set it up quickly and got on their way. I don't imagine that I'll ever shop here again, the whole experience was frustrating and it's evident that they don't care about their customers.

This is a rare outlet location for Pottery Barn ... there aren't many of these on the east coast…read more Many might remember that this space in the Wrentham Premium Outlets was previously occupied by Restoration Hardware, which has since moved to Patriot Place. It looks the same now that it is Pottery Barn ... kind of an industrial warehouse sort of feel. The prices here honestly aren't much different from an actual Pottery Barn, except for some of the sale items from the end of the season. Most times, the furniture is discounted ... but not greatly as if the official Pottery Barn website has 20 or 30% off, they don't honor it. Generally, we find that you'll save $50 - $100 off the retail price of furniture through their website or stores. However, you should note that most of the furniture in the outlet store is scratch and dent stuff with some damage being more noticeable than others. The great thing is, Pottery Barn is notorious for backordering items ... so, often the couch, table, chairs you order from the website or regular Pottery Barn store are shipped from the factory and not available to purchase from the floor (unless its a Floor Model at the end of the season). At the outlet, they only sell the stock on the floor, so if you see something you want, you won't have to wait 6 months until it is delivered (even though they say 3 - 6 weeks) because you are buying the piece off the floor. They arrange shipping with a local company, whose prices are very reasonable. We bought a large dresser and it cost us $160 to have it picked up at the store, wrapped and transported and set up in our summer house, 30 miles from Wrentham. That is a huge convenience and bargain and the moving company does a fantastic job. The employees here are hit or miss. Unfortunately, many of them act as though they were working at a Rolls Royce dealership and are on the pretentious side. There are a few who have been really helpful over the last year though and went out of their way to make sure we were happy customers. Overall, if you don't mind a little scratch and dent ... and a hodgepodge of availability ... this store is pretty cool to browse around in. Don't expect to find things at very deep discounts as the pricing usually works out to fairly similar to what you see on their website. However, you are able to see the items in person and have it in your home within a few days at the Outlet. The selection I'd say is so-so usually ... they have 4 - 5 beds, 6 - 8 couches. 20 - 30 chairs, many dining chairs and rugs and shelves and shelves of knick knack crap, bedding and tablewear. We have bought a bed, dining table, dresser, mirror, rug and lamps here. Sadly, Pottery Barn quality is not fantastic and we notice the paint or stains wear off very fast, despite the high prices ... but we like the style.
