I purchased the second most firm king-size mattress and foundation along with two specialized pillows for neck pain. I have now slept two nights with my new mattress and pillows and my pain is already diminishing. The mattresses were delivered on the date promised and my old mattress and box spring were taken. The two men who delivered my mattress were very personable. Actually, they were downright charming. They took away my old mattress and foundation and delivered and set up my new one quickly and meticulously. They made sure I was completely happy with the set-up. I understand now why my neighbors speak so highly of Bill and Mattress Express. This is an exceptional, local small business with a very knowledgeable and personable owner. The best I was offered was another delivery date, with a different team, 10 days later! I had to fight a hard fight to get next day delivery at a special time because I had no one to receive the furniture for me and I had to be at work. I waited 2 hours and nobody showed up! After the 2 1/2 hour mark, I got a call stating the delivery team is outside of my house, but I had already left. I was 2 hours late for work waiting for them to show up and all they had to say was they were delayed. Understanding, delays happen, however, that should have been communicated to me so we can plan accordingly. They shouldn't have just showed up 2 1/2 hours late, especially after the experience I had the pervious day. I've never had an experience as horrible as this over furniture. After going back and forth with delivery team and store associates, dealing with 2 managers and a supervisor, spending three hours on the phone about the delivery driver arguing with my mom while I was at work, then the next day, the furniture showing up 2 1/2 hours late, making me 2 hours late to work... I ended up canceling my order. All that for nothing. And the associates at store level... there's nothing they can do.

Once we found the one we wanted, we got our salesman and wrote up the sale. The selection was amazing. Everything from casual, family style to very fancy. We paid to have our own set picked up and we paid for delivery of our new set. Both fees were very reasonable. Our salesman went over all the current discounts and actually offered us something less than I got in the mail. We had to order the set since it wasn't in stock, but they called as soon as it arrived and we confirmed a delivery date. Cardi's texted us the night before delivery to give us the window of time. Three delivery men arrived early the next morning and the entire process was quick and smooth and they were all very personable. Recently we went back and ordered a new recliner. Everything worked exactly the same. I highly recommend Cardi's in South Attleboro, I can't say enough good things about them.

After doing some research and speaking with a few companies, we decided to choose Masterson. Ron and Scott were so easy to work with and took what was an overwhelming process and made it so easy. Scott pulled many sample books and spent time talking to us to best understand what colors and designs we were interested in. He answered all of our questions and really took the time to understand what we were looking for. We dropped off the cushions in early May and from the very beginning, told us not to focus on price choose what we liked, and he would be happy to work with us on price. As you can imagine, looking at so many colors and designs can be quite overwhelming and Scott was extremely professional and helped by offering suggestions based on the information we gave him. After sometime, walking around the showroom and looking at many books, my husband and I chose d the fabric that we liked the best. Scott worked his magic and made some phone calls however, found out that the print we had chosen had been discontinued. Back to the drawing board, we went with Scott by our side, helping us along the way. After a couple of hours, we couldn't keep colors and patterns straight anymore so Scott offered to let us bring home some samples and decide what we liked in our home against our furnishings. Within a few hours of getting home we chose the fabric that was perfect for us! We called Scott the next morning and asked him to please place the order. When we arrived at the showroom to return the sample we had borrowed, we told Scott there was an event at our house in three weeks and asked him if it was possible to have the cushions finished by then. Scott was very upfront and told us he would do his best but could not make any promises as he had some clients before us. A couple of days before the date of our event, we spoke with Scott and he told us he would have the cushions ready for us by the end of the week. We were over the moon with joy! , Not only had Scott given us a very reasonable price for the reupholstering of the cushions, he was able to return them finished to us by the time that we had hoped. We cannot say enough great things about Masterson or Scott and his brother Ron. Masterson takes the time to understand what you are looking for and go above and beyond to help you sift through the tremendous amount of options available at their showroom. They are professional, fairly priced, and in our opinion, take the time to really understand what their client is looking for. On our big furniture shopping day R&F was our first official stop, and sad to say we didn't stay long. The sales people were friendly enough, and thankfully not too vulturistic. The furniture wasn't bad, but as we walked through there was nothing that really grabbed us as being our style - especially since we already had a good baseline of what we liked. When you're buying real grown-up furniture as opposed to the put-it-together-yourself kind, you're making a pretty big investment. It's definitely worth it to check out all of the options at all of the major players. If nothing else, we were more confident in our decision for having checked out R&F. There was no concern that we might have found something we like more or a better deal on what we were buying if we'd only made one more stop.
