I trust their discretion and appreciate that they strive for a more "natural" look that enhances one's unique beauty as opposed to completely distorting a person's face to increase profit margins. Not only do I trust the work that they perform on me, but I have been referred to friends and family of the wonderful staff for services that extend beyond what they provide. I also love the ambiance of the office and how well-maintained the facility is. The prices are reasonable for the results being delivered considering the quality of the products and services being offered. I have learned so much from each aesthetician and nurse that I have had the pleasure with interacting at MedSpa Deluxe LA and cannot wait to see what the future holds in terms of the new technology and services they will offer. My only complaint is that I wish I would have started patronizing this place sooner.

In my experience, my safety concerns were not addressed, and I found their responses to be dismissive and dishonest. Based on my experience, this practice operates in an unsafe and unprofessional manner, and customer service is nonexistent. Run far away from this place.

She made recommendations that made sense--versus pushing treatments that would not be beneficial or using products that I would not need (finding a skilled practitioner who looks out for someone is better than anything). The place is clean and equipment is modern. Staff is nice, welcoming, friendly, professional and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend a visit.

5-Star Review for Facial SPA…read more Absolutely loved my facial treatment here today! The salon environment is warm, cozy and immaculately clean from start to finish. I was super relaxed throughout the whole session--they included a soothing facial massage, gentle shoulder & neck massage, plus a leg massage with a leg massager machine, which was such a lovely bonus to ease my tired body. They used tons of skincare products from my favorite brands, and the esthetician was incredibly attentive, thoughtful and detail-oriented with every step of my deep cleansing facial. Her skills are totally professional, and she paid close attention to my skin condition the whole time. 10/10 recommend, will definitely book my next appointment soon!

This is unacceptable and I recommend people do their due diligence before choosing this Dr's office.

I sent a message inquiring about laser hair removal for bikini/Brazilian area while keeping my…read moreheart shape. I was scheduled for a consultation with Terra who was very kind and acknowledged it was doable. Great, so I was told there is a special promo and the cost is $280. I paid, and scheduled an appointment. I went to my first appointment and Sara, the NP, was excellent. She is kind and extremely professional. Unfortunately, I'm only giving 3 stars because there seemed to some kind of mix up with whether I was getting a bikini OR Brazilian laser hair removal. I understand different places categorize things differently (i.e. French bikini, Hollywood bikini, Brazilian, etc.) which is why I stated bikini/Brazilian in my text and also during the consultation. I never explicitly stated only bikini, I said both. It was not only until AFTER the session was done was I told the full cost for the Brazilian which is $500 total. I paid the difference because I've already completed my first session and felt like there was no choice. But what if I could not afford to pay the difference? What then? If I had known the price initially, I would have shopped around more. There are definitely places that are more affordable. While not everything is about the price, the service is. I also work as a manager in the service industry and when there is a misunderstanding, I always ensure to make it up to the customer to the best of my ability and inform them before we proceed with any service. While I was not expecting a discount or anything, I did expect better tact. I had planned to recommend this place to my friends and family because everyone was so kind and it was what I thought as very affordable, but I unfortunately will not be due to the lack of service acuity. I will update my review at the completion of my laser hair removal if anything changes or if the results outweigh the service misunderstanding.
