I originally went in to…read moreaddress the fine lines on my forehead and between my eyes, and I left with so much more than just great Botox results. Nurse Bea went completely above and beyond. She took extra time after my appointment to create a personalized skincare routine specifically for my skin. She didn't just recommend products (and not push or try to sell)--she explained why each one would benefit me and even included before-and-after photos so I could understand how effective they are and what kind of results to expect. What impressed me most was that she focused on long-term skin health, not just a quick fix. She helped me understand that while Botox will temporarily soften my fine lines, building healthier, stronger skin is what will truly improve my complexion over time. I left feeling educated, confident, and excited to start a skincare routine that supports lasting results. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares this much about their patients. I received not only excellent Botox treatment but also invaluable knowledge that will benefit my skin for years to come. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone who is knowledgeable, thorough, and truly invested in helping their patients achieve the best possible results. She truly went above and beyond, and I'm so grateful for the time, care, and expertise she shared with me.

I had initially scheduled a massage and facial appointment for 5/30 and all seemed good. Not even 24 hours later, I get a text that my appointment was in a day, when I was flying out of town. No biggie -- she removed that mistaken appointment as soon right after I texted her. But then she cancelled my 5/30 appointment a few minutes later. Luckily, I purchased through Groupon and was able to get a refund -- this is important since I do NOT recommend ever giving this business your credit card number. When 5/30 rolled around, I received a text that I had an appointment in four hours. She re-added my appointment to her booking platform that same day, so I used that link to cancel. I received a text saying I'd be charged $25. She only backed down when I sent screenshots of the cancellations they initiated (and probably since they didn't have my payment info on file). No apologies ever in this process. I also don't think texts from their main number are automated like they make them seem due to grammatical errors ("press C for confirming"), so I must block them to avoid getting these wild promotional texts.
