This is probably not a reflection of this shop but from where they source their hair system, however, after spending $1500 and waiting 2-3 months past the estimated delivery time I asked for a specific hair cut/style and Cindy didn't cut to what I asked for at all. The worst part is that the hair obviously cannot grow back and it's so expensive. Most if not all that's done here can be YouTubed and bought online.

I was looking for Versacchi line Shampoo, Conditioner and the Thermal Factor Leave-in ($13-$20 per bottle) for my relative since these products are used to maintain wigs that are made from real human hair. Versacchi products are sold at a reasonable price. I also had to come here because my relative wanted them to help her dye her wig since it was losing color. They did a really good job and the price of them dyeing the hair really depends on the length of the wig. It costs $30+. This business is run by 3 people who are all in a family. They are all very nice and honest people. When I called to make an appointment to get my relative's wig dyed, they told me to just come to them during business hours so that they can see whether or not they can dye the wig. They were also very honest about perming wigs. I appreciate this type of honesty. Some people, for instance, might just say that you should perm the wig just so that they can get extra money, even if perming the wig damages it. They were also very patient in answering my gazillion questions. In general, if you want a very high quality wig (ranges from $800 to thousands), I would highly recommend this place. These people know what they're doing.

Nobody looks at me funny, no one can tell. including my wife who just feels that it really made an improvement. If you have hair, with some thinning/partial balding - doing this will make your head look fuller, and your crown look less. Practically hide/mask your bald spot. If you take time to style your hair, use a hair dryer - you will wish you did this years ago.

That's when I realized something important, Heidi and Claire are the only ones who truly understand me, my hair, and exactly what I want. They get it. They get *me*. And that's rare. When I finally decided to go back, I reached out, and they responded right away with so much warmth. They even booked me for a consultation the very next day. I already felt relieved before I even walked through the door. When I arrived, they welcomed me with such kindness that I instantly felt at ease. Even though they were extremely busy that day, they still made time for me and ended up installing a topper, completely unexpected, but they did it anyway because they genuinely care. Claire placed the topper so perfectly, and then Heidi worked her magic in a way only she can. She knows I never want the topper to show and that I want everything to look as natural as possible. She knows my preferences so well that she didn't even need me to explain, she just *knew* what to do. And she did it flawlessly. When they finished, I actually cried a little. Not out of sadness, but out of pure happiness and relief. I felt confident again. I felt like myself again. It's hard to explain that feeling, the feeling of trusting someone so much that you don't have to worry, because you know they will take care of you. That feeling is priceless.
