I said I wanted a trim, I'm not sure why she took 4 to 5 inches of hair growth off. But she cut my hair way to short. Also, my hair is extremely thick so I get a V cut. For some reason she cut a straight cut that makes my hair look so bulky. I am literally heartbroken right now. Not one bad review I've written for them has stuck. They must pay to have them removed.
