I want to thank Becky, Her Husband, and her assistant Yvette for putting my daughter's baby shower. It was something I had envisioned, as my daughter is year of the Tiger. We did the diamond package its saved me the hassle of setting up and cleaning. I totally recommend this venue and Becky is great with communication. I was able to reach her if I had questions leading up to my baby shower.

This outstanding venue played host to my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary party this past weekend. We couldn't have been happier with how everything worked out. Planning a party is stressful, planning a party to celebrate 50 years of marriage that features your closest friends & family is even more stressful. Thankfully, The Beacon Center was a super easy venue to book, the owner, Becky, was super helpful, and everything went off flawlessly. Pricing plans changed a little during the time leading up to the party. Becky went from mostly a la cart pricing to bundled packages, which was great. We ended up modifying our package to take over the whole facility (they have a small room that we didn't rent originally). One of the best parts of this venue is that they allow you to bring in outside food & drinks, including alcohol. The facility is incredibly clean. The Beacon Center is used for a lot of corporate meetings, but let me tell you that it's a great spot for a party. It's not located too far off the strip, and while the decor is definitely more office-like, you can transform the facility nicely into a party atmosphere. They have a great PA system that is super easy to work. Bluetooth can be used to play music from your phone or iPad/tablet, and the sound quality is solid. They even installed LED lights that create a really fun party atmosphere. We couldn't be more pleased with how our event went off. We'll definitely look to book future events here if needed and would encourage others to do so as well! One last note, Becky was incredibly responsive. We came by two times after booking to view the facility and she always made herself available. Thanks for everything!

The Beacon Center is a hidden gem near the Las Vegas Strip. Business by day, but so much more. The owners are fine people who care about their clients and the community. The Beacon Center is always renter ready, immaculately clean, and full of amenities you won't find anywhere else. I have been renting since it's grand opening and highly recommended it to anyone looking for a great venue for a small event.

I was looking for a smaller/simplest event place that I can host my baby shower in. I came across the Beacon center and reached out. Becky was so attentive and invited me over to see the venue and I immediately loved the space and booked. The place was very clean and set up beautifully. It was everything. I wanted. Becky has been extremely helpful and so nice! Defiantly going to host my baby's 1st birthday party here. Thank you Becky for everything!!!

I held my annual vision, purpose and goal planning workshop yesterday at the Beacon Center. Wow! This meeting space is perfect for my needs. Beautiful lobby area for check in, large meeting room with tables and chairs, 65 in TV screen, AV, and everything else you may need. I had a successful event thanks in part to the Beacon Center. The best part about it, the prices are very affordable!

The Beacon Center is such a great place to go if you are looking for a great venue to host your workshop or gathering for an affordable price. Becky is an outstanding woman who is always ready and willing to go above and beyond the customer service standard. It is so convenient to have the key pad entry system as I don't have to wait on anyone to unlock the building. I hosted my workshop and it was the perfect venue to do it. I will absolutely utilize The Beacon Center in the future for my workshops. If you want quality service from someone you count on, give Becky a call today!!!! Thank you for who you are Becky! The Beacon Center ROCKS!!!!

Vegas wedding...Hawaiian Style! Mahalo Beacon Center!

Our wedding reception was a last minute plan, so we took a chance and Googled Events in Vegas. We saw the Beacon website which turned out to be a blessing. We were trying to coordinate everything from Hawaii, so we put all our trust in Becky. She took care of all the decorations and set up, as well as all the clean up at the end. She made everything convenient and was very accommodating. It was such a relaxing and memorable night for our friends and family. Aloha, Billy & Gladys

This is a great place to watch a Golden Knights game via the open viewing party. I had noticed the…read morenews article for Diversion Amusements back in March 2021 and thought it would be a great place to go! I had booked a table for 2, for approximately $160.00, $80 a ticket, close to the center stage at Diversion Amusements. I wasn't sure what to expect when arriving there. Diversion Amusements is located near Arville/Tropicana area. It has a private parking lot with dedicated spots for Diversion Amusements. As soon as you walk in, the music is loud and the night lights were glowing! You provided your tickets at the register and checked in. The host walked us to our a table. The table had plenty of tapas plates, napkins, waters, and our first course of appetizers, chips/hot salsa. All around inside Diversion Amusements are pinball machines and arcade games. They have a few arcade games that are those 100 in 1, where you can choose the type of game you want to play such as Street Fighter, Mortal Kombat, Galaga, and much more! All of the arcade and pinball games are free within Diversion Amusements. The Pinball themed games range from Stranger Things, Ghost Busters, Tron, and much more! There is also a virtual golf game too! There is a open bar inside Diversion Amusements. All tables are situated with low table seating in the front and high tables in the back. When you purchase tickets, you can buy a max of 4 seats per table. We ended up sitting at table 2, right next to the TV and Speakers. Next time, I'd probably purchase seats further back. The music was loud sitting right in-front of the speakers and towards the end of the 3rd quarter game, my neck was slightly hurting from looking up at the screen. The event was a lot of fun. It was a 6 course meal through the game. Two courses came out per each quarter of the Vegas Golden Knights game. The first quarter consisted of the chips/salsa with hot sauce. Just note, you only get one appetizer per table, per 2 seats. If you need more food, you can request it. The next appetizer was the meatballs. The meatballs were relatively small. Lots of marinara and green onions on-top of the meatballs. It wasn't too loaded with spices either. Luckily, the VGK team scored a few points! Soda and water is all inclusive with the tickets. On the second quarter, during the game, a salad was served "shake it up!" style. A fiesta ranch salad with Chopped Romaine, Black Beans, Roasted Corn, Jicama & Multicolored bell peppers. A poppy seed dressing was accompanied with the salad. I passed on the salad, but my partner enjoyed it. The next item out was the smoked brisket & cheese quesadilla. This was flour tortillas filled with shredded smoked brisket, cheddar & white cheese blend, fresh cilantro & diced onions, drizzled with Smoky Aioli. Ending the quarter, was the grape tomato & pearl mozzarella skewer, or caprese. It was garnished with Sliced cucumber and finished with a garlic cilantro pesto. The team members were quite attentive, constantly filling up drinks and asking if we needed anything else during our visit at Diversion Amusements. Whenever the golden knights scored, the sound would go off, just like if you were at the Golden Knights game! The lightly was amazing inside Diversion Amusements. Wrapping up the Golden Knights game in the 3rd quarter, was the Chili Dog. 100% beef hot dog in a toasted poppyseed bun, complemented with homemade chili, shredded cheese blend, Pico de Gallo, & cilantro lime crema. I had opted out and asked if they could make a plain hot dog due to dietary restrictions. My partner really enjoyed the chili dog though. The dessert was a warm caramel filled churro, served with homemade whipped cream. It was good. This was an amazing experience at Diversion Amusements. I would come here again!

As you go in, there is a bouncer who checks your temperature and bags. You then check in at the front desk and you are ushered to your table/ tables. During the game, you are served with a 5 finger food course. We are told they have different menu themes so you may not get the same spread. Non Alcoholic drinks are free. You only need to pay for Alcohol. Pinball games are all free during the event. You can keep yourself entertained during intermissions! The servers were all friendly and attentive. I still don't know how they found out I'm a vegetarian. They had food made to accommodate my needs! They are wonderful!

There is a small parking lot in front and some street parking around the venue. If you get there early, you can snag a spot there in front. We scored one. Just inside the front doors is a small lobby with a bar that serves a few options for beer, wine, mixed drinks, sodas, and water, along with a few snack options. The bartender was friendly and took care of us quickly. The venue is through another set of doors and seats about 200-250 people. With that size, there isn't a bad seat in the house. We were in the back row of seats and were still only about 100 feet from the stage, if that. There is also a section of bleacher-type seating in the very back. The sound and lighting system were excellent. There is also a room in the back that they use for meet and greets. Again, small bar serving drinks. They also had a charcuterie table set up. I don't know if that was specific to the artist performing that night or a typical offering, but the spread was very nice, offering decorative cups with a small variety of meats and cheeses, along with salted caramel chocolate. There were also cake pops offered. Overall, this is a great venue. I would recommend looking into the shows they have to offer and come check one out!

They were quick to reserve my event date and to send over a contract. It was affordable, easy to book, and the space is great for those with guest list that can range. I had a 2nd event here and it was just as smooth as the first event when booking. However, when arriving to the venue at my arrival time, the doors were locked. It wasn't until 10 minutes before the start of my event is when someone came to unlock the door. Though he apologized because no one informed him of my event, it still annoyed me a bit because we only had 10 minutes to setup. They charge extra to use their sound system, drink station, and other things you may need added to your event. I still paid full price for everything despite being let in late to setup and feeling flustered/rushed. There will be people who rent their own office space coming in and out. They have access to the space and amenities as much as you do, so as long as you're okay with that, then it should be fine. I still give this place 4 stars just because the space is nice to have an event at and my first time hosting an event went great. I'm giving them the benefit of the doubt the 2nd time I've had my event. Should I have another future event here, I hope it turns out better.

Seriously, I don't know how Paulina did it, but she was absolutely freaking amazing. We live in San Francisco and our wedding was at the Red Rock Resort in Las Vegas, and man oh man, was this an easy wedding for us to plan. My husband was skeptical at first about hiring a planner in general and I told him there was NO WAY that we could do this by ourselves out of state. Finally he agreed and we hired Paulina. When I started researching wedding planners, I was all over the internet. Between Yelp, theknot.com, weddingwire.com, etc.etc. I was all over the place emailing people left and right. Not only was Paulina quick to respond, but once I saw her prices, I was like wow...she's quick and affordable. I'm the type of person that likes instant gratification, so when I saw that she responded the same day, I was like ok, (hopefully) she will probably be like this the whole way through the process. AND SHE WAS. We had 2 ceremonies, one Indian and one Persian. We had to have 2 separate tables set up for our ceremonies and we had to do both of them in an hour. Yes. I said 2 ceremonies in one hour. We had the Indian ceremony from 4-4:30, had a 30 minute dress change and then the Persian ceremony was from 5-5:30. We had one rehearsal with ALL the family members and let me tell you. Paulina is on point when it comes to picking up tension..lol. My mom tried to change things up at the last minute and Paulina would look over at me and see my expression and knew INSTANTLY that I did not agree with my moms ideas. She just went right with it and took it with a grain of salt and made sure to tell me afterwards "We will not do ANYTHING without your approval." And she did exactly that. We also needed to have 2 separate Priest's. One for each ceremony, and of all the things we had to deal with, seriously that was our only hick-up through the planning. There were not enough options to choose from but eventually she found what we needed and took care of everything for us. All we needed to do was just wait for her options, go over pricing, and once we liked it we just mailed a check over. Easy. We also listened to her recommendations. Moxie Studio did our photos and we absolutely loved them. DJ Shai was our dj and he was great. Though we had a few issues that came up, but Paulina was on top of it IMMEDIATELY. Seriously, anytime we had a problem with someone, I would just forward the email to her and she would immediately take care of it. During the reception, she was our bodyguard. She made sure that the servers served us first before everyone else and that no one talked to us for to long while we were eating. I literally saw her from the corner of my eye watching her keep an eye out for anyone that would be interrupting our dinner. She didn't mind people talking to us, but she made sure that if it was taking to long, that she would just stand closer to us and say "Please let them eat"..lol.. I loved that. She was also our security guard. There were 3 other weddings going on and someone happened to walk into our reception and she made sure to take care of it. She is also Mrs. Fix it. I bought some stupid cheap hoop slip and apparently right before I walked in to our reception the metal hoop came undone and was trailing behind my dress! Paulina and Tara were in the bathroom with me trying to figure out the best way to fix it and Paulina ended up cutting out the entire metal hoop portion of my slip and away I went! lol.. I couldn't say enough about Paulina and her team. They are amazing. I know our wedding was too much for everyone to deal with because we had 2 different cultures involved but, everyone did a great job to make it one of the best weddings ever. Everyone had the time of their lives, and it definitely could not have been done without her. If you're thinking twice about hiring her, your crazy. You are definitely missing out. If my perfect wedding wasn't difficult enough then I don't know what you are expecting. She is definitely a part of our lives forever. Thank you Paulina!!!

But when I was just a couple of months away from my wedding, I began to get nervous and my catering vendor recommended Paulina to me. Within minutes of our phone conversation I knew I had to hire her. In fact, I think she was the best decision I made! Even my Matron of Honor, who is skeptical by nature, thought she was a godsend. Where do I start? My wedding and reception were held in October at Mandalay Bay. From my very first conversation with Paulina she kept in constant contact, going over schedules, activities, entertainment, answering my million-and-one questions, and even sent me a Las Vegas post card a week before the wedding to say she was excited about the big day--nice touch! On the morning of my wedding she came into my suite while I was getting ready and began setting up and decorating the room. She moved furniture. She draped and bedazzled the tables. She directed hotel staff. She kept track of time. At one point she even stopped--midstream--to retrieve my dad from another floor of the hotel and escort him to the chapel so we could have our "first look" with the photographer. Our post-ceremony activities included a double decker bus tour. Paulina kept everything on track, escorted the guests to the bus, then stayed behind to complete setup of the suite for the reception and allow the caterers to prepare their tables. When the tour was finished, she was waiting curbside to help the guests off the bus and escort them to our suite for cocktail hour while the groom and I continued to have our pictures taken. Once we made it back to the room, she made sure we had drinks in our hands and fresh plates of food to eat. Looking back, I did not have to worry about a single thing the entire day! Paulina was there from start to finish, making sure everyone was where they were supposed to be when they were supposed to be, making sure the vendors were paid and appropriately tipped (I gave her the money when she first arrived so she could take care of this task for me), keeping things organized, and even helping with cleanup! I'm not sure she ever got a chance to sit down to rest. I cannot say enough good things about Paulina. She is definitely a pro at her job and I would recommend her to anyone without hesitation!
