When you visit youre supposed to know that youve got to wander round and find an empty table and find the number on it.Armed with this info you then get in a queue to order your food and drinks however when its youre turn you find out that you have to order food from one counter and then get in another queue to order drinks.When you have finally done this frustrating and time consuming task you go to your table and find a family happily occuppying your table so you then have have to go back to the counter get in a queue to inform them!.When finally situated at a table your meal arrives and in my case fish chips and peas i ate the peas and chips saving the fish until last.Starting at one end the fish is hot as it should be but from then in its stone cold.Taking it back to the counter and getting in a queue to complain im told i should have brought the whole meal back and not eaten any of the fish which you obviously have to do to find that its cold.Admitedly after a short arguement i was offered a replacement meal which i accepted.This replacement meal was fine however after all things considered i doubt wether i would ever return to experience this Pantomime again! read more
