Bad, rude service! Do not under any circumstances give these guys your business!! Here's my validation - My partner purchased a beautiful NiteCore Flashlight for my christmas. Once she received delivery of the torch she sought specialist advice help to source the right batteries. This resulted in the purchase of quite expensive rechargeable #18650 batteries. My torch needs 4 but they only had 3 in stock. They promised to put the remaining battery on order but due to how close christmas was they said they probably wouldn't get stock until the new year. That sounded reasonable so we agreed to wait. On about the 5th of January we braved the indooroopilly car park for a third time and "dropped" in to see if the batteries had arrived, there seemed to be no knowledge of an order and only upon our insistence did the guy serving look. He then informed us that yes there was an order but the supplier would not be back until the 12th but they would call us when they "came in". OK no biggie. Today, the 17th we again braved my personal hell of the indooroopilly car park and stopped by the kiosk as we had not been contacted as promised. We were met by same guy, confusion and denial. After again insisting he check for orders he found 3 batteries of a similar type... but alas I need 4. At this point, facing yet another trip to indro, we asked if we could just return them. Here's his response.... and I apologise in advance for the language... over the phone to the owner he says quite loudly "I want them to piss off, they're starting to piss me off". I said excuse me? I will piss off as soon as you give me my money back. He then replies "i don't care about the money you are pissing me off, I just want you to fuck off" ... admittedly at this point I lost my composure and replied in kind. We did however get our money back, I will go online for the purchase now as I can buy the same item with twice the mAh for $40 cheaper. The Battery Kiosk - Battery Stores Near Me - Indooroopilly, QLD

I have been going to the battery kiosk for about 6 years now, not regularly but just whenever I need a new battery or keys cut because they have the most friendly and very professional staff. Their service is top notch and I trust them to replace batteries without damaging my expensive watches or products. They would have to be one of the cheapest retail battery stores around, you can't compare their service to an online store as you have to do it yourself and risk damaging your product. Also with online stores you get into the risk of purchasing low quality batteries which could damage your products. The reason why I am leaving this review is because I read the other negative review and thought these genuinely nice people would never say anything negative to anyone and they would have thousands of happy customers, but if you are happy you don't usually go out of your way to write a positive review, so here is my positive review for the battery kiosk :) read more
