Every time I see Crystal at Wright Music it is a great experience, and reminds me that in these days of internet shopping, the human interaction in a "real music store" adds considerably to the buying experience. She is always knowledgable and helpful, and if she doesn't have what I'm looking for, she can get it quickly. I was greeted by Mike Jr (the CEO/Owner) and completed everything online including creating my online profile to be able to pay/update account info/etc. Mike was superb with assisting me. He rented us a FRESHLY CLEANED/Sanitized clarinet, with a sticker of authenticity proving it had gone through the utmost sanitization in order to be rented out. The Norwalk office was nice & protected against Covid & the entire transaction was so effortless. I also purchased reeds while I was there. I'll continue to be a loyal customer for all of my instrument needs from now on. I'm so grateful to be able to support AAA Band Rentals & to spread the word for my friends & acquaintances to also venture over to AAA Band Rentals for their own band rental instruments, equipment & supplies. I went in for a case for my new acoustic guitar, and also to get some adjustments made. I thought…read moreI'd have to leave it overnight, but the owner reduced the action and fixed some warping in the neck in a few minutes. It plays really well now and stays in tune longer. Had a really nice conversation with the guy at the front desk about music and playing in bands while I waited for the adjustments.

After renting an instrument for 4 years for my son I had to return it. I was 2 weeks late to return…read moreand was charged a $100 late fee. Nowhere on the website does it say how much the late fee would be. I explained that I was trying to persuade my son in continuing with the instrument - they did not care. Unreal that there would be a $100 late fee on a $165 rental. I will never return and I do not recommend.
