The news had been playing harsh topics about the LGBT community, and one of the barbers along with his clients were laughing about. That made me feel extremely uncomfortable, and it was hard not to get up in the middle of my haircut and leave. More issues had been playing and the laughter had continued. It was an extremely unprofessional environment, and i am very disappointed with how the shop has become.

The lady greeting me at the door was very friendly, as was the person cutting my hair. I was offered a beverage at Check In to enjoy during my service. The cut was done very well and the warm towel treatment was a nice touch. Pricing for the individual services is a little steep, and the membership only makes sense if you come more than twice a month, which I don't. One, they don't take cards. Who carries cash regularly nowadays!?! They have an ATM in the store but who knows what extra charges come with that and if you don't have a debit card, then what? It would be great if they advertised you have to pay cash or put it on their website in bright, bold lettering so clients are prepared. Speaking of website, update it. I looked and kids cuts were $25, which is reasonable but turns out that is outdated and they're really $30. Annoying. However, the cuts were great!
