Carrie and Ally are AMAZING women who can really cut some hair! Tbh, I was a little nervous at first, being a female. However, they both immediately made me feel so welcome, and now I look forward to seeing them both every month or so. I enjoyed my experiences so much that I have brought my friend with me to get her hair done as well; and I am going to bring some of my friends that are fellas with me next time. I highly recommend this place bc they treat you with respect, they're great stylists, they're quick (even with a line they were very efficient), and they pamper your head for a very good price :) The best times to avoid a line would be weekdays around noon has been my experience. A nice little surprise tucked away on Dougherty Rd. I recently relocated to the area so I was looking for a new barber. Who'd ever thought that I would discover one working on a Monday? I had driven by earlier in the morning and thought that the illuminated 'OPEN' sign was a mirage of my peripheral vision. But later, en route to an eventual job interview, I saw that the parking lot was no longer empty. Older gentlemen, young fathers and sons, and middle aged 'walk ins' were welcomed by Carrie. The short wait was worth it as I was entertained by a vast array of periodicals from Field and Stream, Handyman, Golf (on which I passed on) and even a few dated National Geographic. This barber (a Southern Indian native and avid basketball fan) did a wonderful job and gained my wife's, seldom received accolades. So men, if you want to make 'Mama Happy' you may want to stop by some Monday and let these barbers perform their wonders. read more

I showed up at 4:45 pm on Friday February 17, 2017. The sign indicated that they were open until 5 pm but the door was locked already when I tried to enter. There were two barbers inside and one was providing a haircut, the other was without a customer. The barber providing the haircut came to the door and informed me that they did not provide barber services for customers without an appointment after 4:45pm. She indicated that I could return the following morning when they reopened at 8am. Guess what I did? I didn't return nor will I ever return. Good luck with your business. You're going to need it given your treatment of customers who show up doing published business hours. read more
