Kris, the owner, is just lovely.. she has built this community of health and there is just a positive vibe the second you walk in the door. I usually take classes from Lynn and she is awesome; she's knowledgeable and really helpful with any physical issues one might encounter. I have also taken classes from the owner, Renee and she too does a great job regardless of your experience or lack thereof with Pilates. I am an elderly woman and Pilates has improved and allowed me to maintain my posture, balance, and core strength. A strong core protects ones' back. I can shovel snow for two hours and my lower back is pain free after shoveling.
