I stayed there on business for a week. Upon arrival, the hotel grounds are beatifically kept…read more However, the rooms leave a lot to be desired. From the front reception desk to the actual what they call Forest rooms it is about a block-long walk. Once I got to my room there were two what look like cots for beds. The mattress's were awful 2 inch thick slabs.
One pillow & one throw pillow on each cot. the throw blankets were gross, to say the least.
There was a tiny cell phone that wasn't connected to reach the front desk. They don't have air conditioning in the rooms so you have to open the sliding glass doors without screens - letting in all the bugs from outside.
The bathrooms are open and only two towels & 2 small rolls of toilet tissue are given. No-wash cloths, soap bars, only a generic wall dispenser. The shower runs out of hot water fast.
Overall cleanliness was a 4 on a scale of 1-10. Trying to sleep on the slab was bad enough, but the house cleaning people didn't respect the hanging "Privacy" tags on the door, constantly walking in each day.
I would have to say the best part of the stay was the coffee.
I would NOT recommend.
