To add more fuel to this, watch what happens when you bring in a screen to be repaired. They will tell you " they have no idea when it will be done"NO IDEA! What nice guys! I…read morebrought my PC in there, because I had an issue with the charging outlet. PC fell on floor and snapped plug, part of the adapter was stuck in the PC. He took the PC to the back got the piece out that he needed to get out and clearly explained to me, I should go get a charger and make sure it charges prior to him doing any work on the computer. I did and now it works. There was no charge. ( i'm PC illiterate, so they could've said anything they want it to me ). That will be my go to place if I have any more issues with my phone or any kind of electronics.
