ServPro was the only company to prepare a detailed bid that we could use to qualify for insurance repairs. To their credit, the staff at ServPro determined where the mold-causing leak was stemming from and was able to create a plan for the entire repair of the problem. We were fortunate to have Oscar as our lead repair person. He is a talented carpenter, tiler and even a carpet installer. His craftsmanship made the final project turn out great in the end. Unfortunately, the project took much longer than expected (four months) and there were frequent gaps in any work at all.

Stand behind their work I manage multiple HOA and Condo Associations and Santa Fe Property Maintenance is by far my greatest find as far as vendors are concerned. They have helped me with: Major Maintenance and Repair to Metal and Torch Down Roofs (better than any roofer in Santa Fe and I have personal experience with most of them) Gutter Maintenance and Replacement Creating proper drainage on a concrete deck Drywall repair and replacement Skylight and Window repair and replacement Drainage away from building foundations Swamp Cooler and Air conditioning maintenance Painting and Staining Pressure washing and cleaning All this and more and they have yet to let me down in any way. Their bills are fair, and easy to understand. Their employees Martin and Jesus were professional, quick and careful to make sure I understood how my system worked (I was new to the property). I would recommend this company in a heart beat. They are exactly the type of company I like to work with. My project for them was to teach me how to use the system that they did not install and they did that as well repair lines, stop abandoned lines and repair lines. So this was no big project. But if I had one to do they'd be at the top of my list.

They were professional, knowledgeable, local, and walked me through the good, the bad, and the ugly. They know their job and performed it professionally. I did my homework so that I knew what I might be in store for. They didn't take advantage of me and their recommendations were not outrageous or over priced. After contacting several others I started seeing a pattern of how others approached the situation. They set me up for the future ease of maintenance regardless of who I called and told me that whoever did the cleaning and emptying next time would have a much easier time which would cost me less in the future. Doing the right thing when no one would know the difference is called "integrity". Nice to see that it exists. I'm going to call them again because I know they do what is needed, efficiently and affordably. If it was possible to give them 6 stars I would. You can never please everyone and reviews will show this, but they came as close to it as possible.

This is a mixed review. 1. When I called and spoke to…read moreChris, he quoted $180/hr but also said that he believed our issue (pilot lighting on 2 heaters) would take much less time - leading me to believe I would be charged only for the time spent. He made no mention of a min. amount of time or money. So I said "let's do it". 2. When Spencer came to do the work, he was on time, is a lovely person and he got the work done in about 30 minutes. Needless to say, I believed I'd be getting a bill of under $100 based on my original conversation with Chris. 3. I recd the invoice today. $206 for 30 minutes of work! I called and spoke to a representative who said that the hourly rate was $190 and that there was a minimum of 1 hour service hence I owed $190 plus sales tax. I said I was shocked and did not expect this, to which she replied "okay". Terrible communication and lack of full disclosure of their policies. I am only giving two stars because Spencer was great.

I was warned by long time Santa Feans how difficult it be to find dependable, professional, and knowledgeable contractors and that I should "look in Albuquerque". Well, I'm not sure if it was out of sheer laziness but I ended up booking Mario and his crew for the job and they proved all those naysayers wrong. Mario and Danny were fantastic! I got several competitive bids but they were the only crew that walked through my house and pointed out things that I was not aware of and they even suggested ways to save me money which any homeowner can appreciate! They were extremely timely in their responses and highly communicative and patient when I had questions, when I needed them to coordinate purchasing and picking up product, and even when I changed the scope of the project. And now, I have gorgeous, tightly assembled floors, new baseboard trim, and a home that I couldn't be more excited to move in to. They don't have the fancy schmancy brick and mortar store, or a dedicated office admin, or a glitzy website - things that usually sway me, but rest assured they are the real deal. I couldn't recommend them more. Thank you Mario and Danny!
