They really go out of their way to make sure you feel informed and comfortable before starting anything. We decided on a plan of Shockwave Therapy and High Intensity Light Therapy. He identified my pain generator in the exam, and taught me how to reduce my pain with positions and exercise. Besides the rehab, he also was working on me with ultrasound, soft tissue work and adjusting. After the first visit my pain was cut in half, after my third visit I was feeling 10% of the pain. By the end of the seventh I was feeling great for weeks so Dr. Andrew helped with me a progression program and told me to reach out if I ever had pain or would like a drop in for recovery. I never finished with a PT or chiropractor before and felt back to normal and more importantly better.
