When it doesn't work, your " therapist" calls back to the office to ask what to do. Phone calls are returned at their convenience, while the " therapist" sits doing nothing for 45 min. Their goal is maximum billable hours. If your child doesn't tolerate doing work below his skill level over and over again, your child is the problem. When you tell them in a group meeting that you think you need to find other services. Brittany will tell you she's on MANY, autism boards and if you don't have services with Total Spectrum, you won't be able to get them with anyone else. It's a threat to keep you there. Their super powers are billing and documentation. Your child is and their well being are low priorities.

I did need quite a bit of length taken off and she knew exactly what to do. I brought my shoes and she pinned my dress neatly and precise. We had conversation and she said she had been in the business for a very long time and I immediately knew I could trust her work. I gave her the pickup date which would have been in about two weeks. When I picked it up it was steamed and a perfect length. I would absolutely recommend this location for anyone's alterations, she knows how to work with delicate materials and does great work. They figured out the problem and did a temporary fix so we could get AC over the weekend and came back on Monday with the part needed to fix the furnace (prior owners HVAC guys did some ridiculous wiring that caused the issue). We also had them come back and replace 2 outside faucets and a leak in our ceiling from the water supply. Everything works great! They were on time or called to let me know they were running behind. In fact after years of being what seemed like the only employee, I've actually seen other employees there the last few times I've gone. Turnaround times are still about a week and prices are still reasonable too (most alterations under $10) and hopefully the growth of the business doesn't change these things because this is a local business that deserves our support.

Our son looks forwards to summers where he can spend the days with his friends and going on fun field trips and adventures. Our toddler is thriving and squeals with delight whenever her friends and teachers come into view. In short, KinderCare is a terrific day care.
