You sign waivers for the axe throwing and pick out which beer, cider, or kombucha you want. Outside the back is the arena. The staff is awesome! *Bring some cash to tip, because they work with you so much. We didn't and felt so bad that we didn't.* You will get sweaty and dirty, so its no time to wear anything nice. However its so much fun and something different to do. We would totally do it again!

( I recommend calling if you aren't able to figure out the groupon code like myself in order to make a reservation online) oh don't forget to sign the waivers online to avoid wasting time when you get to the place. We arrived about 5 minutes before our reservation time, were taken to our axe area pretty fast, the instructor went over a few safety rules first and then gave us a few tips & tricks...he was definitely very helpful, he didn't just leave us to figure things out on our own, he actually made sure to come around every so often, if he saw someone was struggling he would make sure to point things out that would help until we got the hang of it. It definitely gets easier as your keep trying over and over again. We didn't bring any beer or wine because it was a last minute plan however next time we will! They also have a few games that you can play to make things more fun and interesting .. this is something that no matter the event you will have fun (no little kids though) We will be back soon!

Here it is.. $125 got my wife and me 30 minutes in a room with "20 breakables." We entered the room and were given paper thin coveralls (that was an extra $16 btw) a vest, helmet, and glasses. The wooden table was setup in the middle of a tiny room with all the breakables on it already (pictured below). My wife swung a golf club at the closest bottle which then domino'd almost all of the others. 1 swing. Speaking of the swing, I had to squeeze into the corner of the room so I didn't get hit by her club. So there you go. $125 for seconds of actual action. My advice: do what other smash rooms do. Have a larger room and provide better safety gear (no extra charge). Have the breakables next to the door and a podium where you can break them one at a time. On a positive note.. the staff as nice. It's not their fault, this was poor logistics.

Located in Pinellas, Pee Pa's Garage has a little bit of everything-- local brewed beer, axe throwing, darts, video games, and an outdoor area for the little ones to run off some energy. There's even a permanent food truck slanging some very good bar food. We stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and were greeted with a small business pop up event to create your own cowboy hat. There are only a few parking spaces in front of the building but not to fret as there are plenty of additional spaces to the side in a dirt patch. We look forward to coming back!
