And, it was cooked perfectly to my medium rare request. The issue? 4! Count them--four 6 inch sprigs of fresh Rosemary on the hot plate under the steak overwhelming it with herby fumes! 1 would have sufficed! Four is enough to offend and halt an angry Water Buffalo at full waddle. Then the green beans were cooked squishy and had heavy butter. What happened to steaming so there is still a firm bite? And the steak sauce was an odd concoction of tomato cocktail sauce with onions??? For my premium steak? A horseradish Mayo with steak drippings would have been more interesting for a house steak sauce... The fries? Perfect. The 500g T bone (porterhouse actually with giant filet lobe) was a generous portion. The server crew oozed warm hospitality--bravo. The kitchen crew looked depressed.
