It is free though but you can only park there for a short time. The fish and chip shop is small and only really ever gets busy abround Good Friday, the rest of the year it's seemingly empty. The fish and chips are ok, you can get pretty much the typical things in fish and chip shops, spam, sausages, fish cakes. I think they do curry, mushy peas and gracy with the chips. It's around £5 for a fish and chips portion. I like the chip butties personally! I find that the staff can be a little grumpy but put up with it and you get decent fish and chips. Not the best I've tasted but I'm probably spoiled because I'm not that far from Whitby!
