Went today for there grand opening and I can't explain how Nice the owners and all the employees are. They have amazing customer service. Even though everything wasn't set up yet, they were extremely accommodating.They have a wide selection of juices and are adding more already. On top of all that, they know there stuff, any questions I had they were pleased to answer. I have to say they have good pricing on all there products. I decided to go here after I received a follow from them on Instagram. Scrolling through their Instagram feed, I noticed that this shop carried the Propaganda and Lost Art e-liquid lines. My regular shop was completely sold out of Unicorn Puke, and doesn't even carry Propaganda. I headed to this shop with a general mindset of picking one bottle of Illuminati and one bottle of Unicorn Puke up. I walked in, and was greeted by the lady behind the counter who seemed to be stocking juice from a box that was delivered. She asked me if I needed any help, and I told her what I wanted. Apparently they were sold out of Illuminati. She then gave me a bottle of Unicorn Puke, and I proceeded to the counter to checkout. As the man behind the counter rang me up, I walked back over to ask if they were expecting any shipments of Propaganda soon. She looked at me, and walked off. I remained standing there, and after a few seconds of realizing I was not going to get an answer, I proceeded to checkout for my other purchase. Looking around the small space of this store, I noticed little to no choices of mods. The only thing I really saw was an abundance of juice brands. I found it pretty cool that they honored FiveStars, but I didn't even bother having my card scanned because I probably won't be returning. All in all, there are a handful of other Vape shops around Houston that you can easily find a better selection of stuff. A "meh" experience for me. read more

I have purchased several items from this store and they have been upfront and honest. I went in to get another box mod yesterday and the gentleman that helped me out asked me what was wrong with mine. I purchased a Kangertech Subbox Mini three weeks ago and dropped it (it was actually an anniversary gift). The gentleman told me to bring it in and he would see if he can fix it. Then he showed me how to open it up to try to fix it. When i got home i thought why not give it a try myself and was able to fix the device saving me $80 easy. That is customer service. My wife and I will be back to support this store. read more

Don't don't don't go there! They say they warrantee there mods and batteries, but they are big fat liars is what they are. I bought a mod over there and within less than two weeks it started shorting because it was effective. And when I took it there to have them fix it or replace it, they tried to blame me for it saying that it must have moisture in it or whatever ... That was the biggest bullshit I have ever heard ... I'm guessing the five-star reviews they received on here are from these kids that spend all day long over there vaping and so they are not true , so save your money ...go elsewhere. read more

Met up with a friend and he took me to this shop. I have to say they have an amazing selection of juices and the workers there really know their stuff. They helped me select a good mod and subtank , and helped me set it up. Prices are good too. Overall the staff, selection, quality is better than other shops I've been too around spring. I've been to this store quite a few times. Each time I went, I had to get a new flavor because the ones I purchased their previously would always be out of stock. My inquiries of when they would be getting more were only ever answered with "um... i don't know." Not only that but the staff members were not at all helpful. They didn't even seem to have the last bit of interest in helping customers. They were more concerned with their phones, watching tv, or chatting with their friends who have apparently decided this is a hang out spot and not a place of business. Was excited to have a new shop fairly close to home and from what I could tell carried premium liquid. Walked in this past weekday in the early afternoon and despite there being a couple of folks there who I believe were employees, I wasn't even acknowledged. Waited and stared at the wall of juices and then eventually took a seat to try some. No help. Waited a few minutes more then someone finally said "can i help you"? I asked to try a few and also explained my taste and pg/vg ratio preferences. I was given the 3 I had asked to try, nothing more and it felt like it was a hassle for this person to help me. Those particular juices weren't for me. Expected a few suggestions or at the very least just a bit of salesmanship or decent customer service and didn't receive either. The vibe was like they were doing me a favor by allowing me in their special club. Too bad as well because I then went to forevervapes and dropped ~2 bills on some new juices and a restock of my ADV. See no reason to go back with much better options available in the area. I am really getting tired of these new vape shops acting like they are doing something special and exclusive. You are not. You are merely selling a product, nothing further. Nothing groundbreaking. If you want to do exceptionally well in business then treat people exceptionally well and everything else is cake. They could also use a website with a list of their products. Driving there only to find nothing you like is a waste of time. read more
