I had my 2009 VW CC taken care of by these guys and they really knocked me out of the park. I usually detail my car myself, so I'm very obsessive about how its done when I let someone else work on it. I got the business class detail (about 250) and I was really impressed with how good the car looks after only 3 hours. I called ahead to make sure they wouldn't use an abrasive compound and a rotary buffer like most other detail shops. These guys are the real deal, they clay bar it first, then use a dual action polisher to minimize the wear on the clear coat. If you live on base, they have to minimize their water usage to comply with local rules (at least thats what the detailer told me), so I would recommend dropping it off somewhere outside the gates. I really wish they had a shop where I could just drop off my car and wait, but they're mobile only so you need to set up a time for them to come to you and be flexible with your schedule. My appointment had to be pushed back three hours - I saw this as a good thing: it means they spent longer on the previous job rather than just rushing through it to get to me. To make this a completely honest review, I will also add my very few criticisms: the door jams and exhaust tips were untouched, the windows were hazy and streaky and needed to be redone, and the engine bay is not part of the business class detail. I texted the detailer with pictures of the things I found but received no response.These criticisms would normally knock them down a star or two but the rest of the car looked so good that I'll give them a full 5. I'll definitely call back, but next time I'll check the car over before they leave. read more

The owner/manager has an immense deficit in customer retention or problem solving skills of any kind. I have a brand new 2014 Honda Civic Coupe (literally, 2 months old) and decided to get my car detailed-inside and out-as a birthday present to myself. After the long drive from my past residence of Chicago, Illinois to my new home in Pensacola, Florida; I felt my car deserved a little TLC. In researching different detailers in the area, I came across Precision Auto Spa. They seemed to have everything down-pat when it comes to getting a car to look nice and I really took a liking to their mobile detailing service (where they come to you no matter where the location). After they were complete, there was no walk-through whatsoever and/or an initial consultation, like promised. Instead, they had packed up and brought to me their tool for accepting payment and were on their way. After taking a more in-depth look myself, there was a sticky residue that was left on my windshield and also greasy smears all over my dash--just sloppy work and negligence for attention-to-detail. Moreover, my entire car (fronts, sides and back along with all windows) had water spots left behind. After a $232 bill with a 20% tip, I suppose I thought my car would come out looking spotless. After about 20 minutes of the crew leaving, I called the manager to try to get it rectified and was very understanding at first. Instead of being receptive to such criticism/concern, he tried to blame it on hard water spots that my car had PRIOR to the detail. One would think that this would have been removed with the promised "Business Class Detail" a.k.a. the most expensive package they offer. Instead, there was a residue left behind both on the inside and outside of my car. After going in circles with him on the phone, he finally offered to swing back by to see what he could do on my car. Again, another situation that was over-promised and under-delivered. The fact of the matter is that this is a service and company that I will no longer contribute to and will not be passing on a good reference for the experience that I had. read more

Jason came to my house and detailed TWO cars for me at a reasonable price and in a hurry due to confusion on my end. Detailed interiors very well and shampooing to get out dried up baby milk! They were well equipped when they got here (all they needed for electricity), and they didnt bother me for anything... they just worked and worked. So glad I let them do both cars at the same time. My wife makes fun of me when I always say a clean car is a happy car, but it REALLY MATTERS TO ME. That is the way I am, and Jason did NOT DISAPPOINT! I am a stickler for clean inside windows as well, and I did not have to nit pick the job when it was done. BOTH cars done well, FIRST TIME! Nothing to do just a little more of... it was done right! Glad I found them. Glad they guys doing the work are the owners. I will be getting them to do the exterior soon. That is also a nice feature, I dont have to spring for the big bucks each time. This time, it was just interior and I am a very happy camper. THANKS GUYS! read more
