I tell the employee "it's too late now, but I was asked if I wanted regular and I confirmed that I did". The response: "Oh, we don't have regular, our regular is a synthetic blend. Conclusion: bait and switch. In addition, it appears that none of the basic inspection items were actually completed. All boxes were checked as okay on the data sheet (except for the windshield wiper fluid, which ironically was pretty close to full), but I know that I currently have 3 bulbs out and one torn boot. They never even started the vehicle to check the transmisson fluid. Conclusion: laziness or incompetence, take your pick. This used to be a fantastic place to go...not anymore. Save your money and go somewhere reputable. I will never return. Very bad business practice. To the business owner: your employees need better training.

He must have an axe to grind about something personal, not related to business. Supercare is the 2nd cheapest oil change in Wetaskiwin. They do very good work using good products. Don't be afraid to use their house oil. It's perfectly good oil. They also use good filters. Their wand wash is the very best in town. You get a reasonable amount of time for your money but there is actually the right amount of soap in the soapy wash and lots of foam in the foaming brush. They don't cheap out on the wash products. You're getting your money's worth. They also use clean water, not that sandy recycled garbage some places use that basically sand-blast your vehicle. The cheapest oil change in town is at Adams but they will do their best to convince you to buy a whole bunch of other things you don't need or to perform work you don't need and you'll end up paying more in the end. Sometimes a lot more. Their extra low oil change price is what is called a loss-leader. It gets you in the door so they can convince you to do additional work. Supercare is the best value in the long run. The best time to go to Supercare is Wednesday, around mid day. They're usually not as busy on Wednesdays and you should be able to just drive right in. Try to avoid going on Friday. There will be a line-up to get in on Friday. Also try to avoid going on end-of-month or mid-month paydays. Those days are crazy busy.
