Mobil Klinik replaced the back housing of my iPhone13 pro as it was cracked. Immediately after…read morethey replaced the part my Apple Pay did not work. I went back to see them within the hour. They said this could happen and they would order a new back housing and replace the one they had just put in. It would take another week. The next day as I was using my phone the audio no longer worked, it was no longer possible to take screen shots, the camera no longer focused... the list just kept growing. None of these were issues I experienced before they replaced the back housing. When I returned to their store 2 days later the clerk / repair guy pointed out that my back housing was cracked! I had not dropped the phone so was confused as to how this could have happened. Of course now, they made it clear, I would have to pay for the new incoming replacement part.... Regardless, I noticed at this time that my phone was not only cracked at the top but it was now also warped! It now bowed in the middle! This had happened even with the protective case it was in. The only way this could have happened is when I put my phone in my back pocket. Something I have ALWAYS done and NEVER had any issues with, until NOW! The only explanation I can come up with is that the parts they sell are not of good quality and should therefore be avoided. The clerk did not disagree and said "he only works there. He's not the owner". I could not do anything. Even a new back housing would not work because the phone was now warped and would likely be as problematic as the first. In the end I am out the $330 I spent plus the value of the phone had I traded it in. A pricey lesson! I will never go this route again. Be aware!!! The products they sell aren't of the same quality!

I came here to drop off a few pairs of pants for alterations and they made it so easy. Drop off was super easy. The change room was roomy, clean and well lit. I was asked when I needed them by and I told them to take their time, to which they said it would be ready for pickup the following weekend. Needless to say, I was pleasantly surprised when I got a text on Wednesday to let me know that they were ready. Picking up was just as easy, you can provide your phone number or order number. I ended paying $15 per pant hem (basic), which is higher than what I saw on the website, so perhaps the website needs an update. I think the price is maybe a bit higher than average, however, I am happy with the experience and results.

What an easy, breezy experience!…read more When I was told that I would need a document notarized, at first I didn't know where to turn. Luckily, I stumbled upon Downtown Toronto Notary and their clean, easy-to-use website let me book an appointment very quickly. How it works: you pick a location, which seems to always be a public coffee shop, and then you pick a time. Then when the time comes, you meet at said coffee shop, do what you gotta do and walk away with your signed off forms. The whole process was efficient and comfortable. Unfamiliar territory could not have been made any easier. Thank you!

Downtown Notary offers a lengthy booking process with multiple confirmatory emails consisting of terms and penalty charges for each category that you may commit before seeing the commissioner. He even gave me a deadline to find the correct document and bring it back to him to certify. Never before have I experienced such cumbersome and unprofessional service.
