The second was a breathalyzer reset, and Andrew helped us both times. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. The other staff member was great as well. Thanks This is in no way related to the actual service, as it was never confirmed scheduled. Unfortunately I got ghosted and that's what this review is going to be about. After we messaged and called to confirm the original appointment. It got pushed back due to unforseen circumstances, very much understandable. Another set of messages, and call with a new date and then got ghosted again. Really hope everything is OK. The service requested was for a chassis Harness install on my classic vehicle..... and although the price was just a little higher than the other 2 shops I called, I heard great things about the shop so I wanted to get the work done purely based on the positive reviews and experiences. This may be just an unfortunate set of circumstances, I hope that it all works out.
