The place is not only beautiful but it is well maintained. Lewis is good about cleaning and taking care of the place. I heard he has worked here for 20 years. The front desk is friendly no matter who is working. They greet you by name and are great about letting guests in as well. I highly recommend if a condo is available to jump on it, as this is close to everything!

I asked her about the use of dumpster bc I'm working on some updates to my unit. She kept lecturing me over and over again about how contractors must take the trash with them even though I explained to her they were doing that. I literally asked her to stop repeating herself and that I wasn't asking about disposal of contractor's trash but trash from my own projects. She refused to listen and told me I would get fined if I get caught. After telling me I wasn't allowed to use the dumpster, she said I would have to schedule it with the office. I asked her which office, she then told me to leave it in the trash room. I still don't have an answer to my original question:( Looking online to see if I can find the answer myself so I don't have to interact with Ms. Adams again!

Let me say it again: the staff are EXCELLENT. They really get to know you, recognize you, and will chat with you even when they look busy. They really take care of the residents here with a smile and great customer service. Move in, but save a condo for me.

Yes, it's old--it was built in 1928--and it doesn't have a gym (but we may be getting a roof deck). There is a common laundry room on the main floor. But these are far outweighed by the friendly ambience and the convenience, and PRICE. Units remain one of the best bargains in this very expensive area. The street is gorgeous and quiet, but everything is right around the corner. It's a wonderful place to live.
