It started off well from the day of a tour to move in. But like normal the saying some things are…read moretoo good to be true. For one the communication in the office is terrible. There's 3 of them in there one tells you something and next thing you're being told "who told you" or "we'll let me check with such and such" then you never do. Out of the 3 Josie is the sweetest one even tho it's limited what she can help with she's always willing to lend a hand or say what she knows instead of trying to give people the run around. Mea the ASSISTANT PROPERTY MANAGER seemed to always have a smart bad attitude anytime approached rather it was a simple question or trying to take care of your apartment. She never answers emails or calls but when you go in the office when she was there was sitting pretty ready to give somebody attitude. Natalia who is the property manager is half and half very sweet never gave attitude or wanted to act smart it was just hard to contact her or get direct information sometimes but if she wasn't busy and able to catch her in the office most of the time she was a decent helping hand. The maintenance team was always nice and fast at helping. What I don't understand is paying for amenities that 9/10 weren't available 1. The pool. Stayed closed. Stayed getting emails "closed for maintenance" on a daily almost but clear as day you hear conversation about "these kids acting up close it." But I'm not understanding writing emails saying if your caught breaking rules you'll pay a fine or not be able to go why not use the cameras you have see who's doing what and not punish everybody. The gym equipment was always broke minus maybe 2 machines and that was only addressed once in an email but the only update ever sent was "there's air conditioning in the gym". And as for 'gated' community the front gate has been broken since July 2025 not to mention the side gate at some point was always wide open so any and everyone could just come right in so if you're thought was for security nope. You pay for valet trash but half the time THEY don't stick to their own schedule so half the time you end up taking it yourself. You pay for pest control but then get told YOU have to ask for it and if you don't you get charged a fee?? Since when is that our responsibility as residents to ask for something that's stated in the lease that the complex has. Overall is it a nice area yes beautiful apartments but with management and the extra things you're paying for that you don't receive physically or for your own sanity and security. Is not worth it. Want to make it better fix management treat residents with respect actually use the security you say you have and don't take away from the ones who aren't doing anything wrong. There's probably more I could cover so much more but all around I wouldn't recommend living here unless you're ready to be hit with fees bc you can't get any direct or exact answers or help you need.

Just click their profiles and you'll see in their recent history leaving similar reviews for many other apartments or people who very clearly aren't from around here. The reality of living here is they don't care for their residents, do not communicate well, scam charge you, and half ass fixing things around the apartment such as front gates and getting around to maintenance requests even emergency ones. The maintenance guy is nice but we only have 1? 2? For the whole complex??? For the amount we're paying we should be communicated with in a timely manner, times planned and coordinated for maintenance requests, and not have to call and ask the uncaring front office staff what's going on. Aside from them failing to tell me my move in date was pushed back a whole week when i SHOWED UP TO MOVE IN because they had not finished renovations in there, poor communication. "We tried to call but your voicemail inbox was full" ok but we can communicate through email that entire week leading up to move in? The same lady that told me she couldn't get ahold of me on the phone was the one also emailing me all week... about getting ready for move in. And then when I moved in failing to mention they left my apartment WITH NO BEDROOM AND BATHROOM DOORS and it wasn't until I notified them that they did something about it and even that reaction time was very untimely. Washer was also broken upon moving in and I didn't realize it until later when all of my clothes would just come out dripping wet because it didn't drain right half the time. They also gave everyone a 3 DAY NOTICE to "show us your most updated policy page on your renters insurance or we will start to automatically bill you for our insurance every month" when you show them those documents for the time period you are renting at the very beginning of leasing here, but excuse me working busy people need more than 3 days to get that together just shows you they want easy money on busy people who may forget or are not able to get that in in 3 DAYS and hoping you'll get to auto sign a bunch of people up to squeeze just a little more money from residents. Ironic the company / software they use to bill us outside of our rent and fees is called CONservice Front office staff are trying and they have gotten rid of the super uncaring people but feels like it just might be a facade. Writing this after I called their emergency line for having a broken balcony sliding door lock that opens directly in to my room but even though the number says it's for emergencies such as not being able to secure your apartment I'm still left in the dust and feeling scared as a single woman. Prompted to write this as I was woken up by the sound of someone seemingly trying to open the screen door in front of it but after it making a ton of noise some other weird noises could be heard like banging on the metal fence nearby and scrambling. I live at the very front, street level. My mistake but gosh thought it was safe here and didn't know until after moving in requests for maintenance suck and oh they scrub honest bad reviews on here . I will be reposting this often when I see it inevitably taken down like my last post.

A little loud for my liking (mainly due to a small scale bowling alley) so conversations were not the easiest. We started with a small order of wings, 1/2 lemon pepper and 1/2 dark mesquite. The wings were delivered and the looked and smelled absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately they were extremely bland. Both flavors. As someone looking for a great place for wings (since our long time established closed) I had high hopes for this place but came up short. For an entree I went with the BLT and fries. Even had a slave of pepper jack cheese and jalapeño's added. The sandwich was a home run. Bacon was thick and crunchy, the bread was nicely toasted with just the right amount of mayo added. The fries were crunchy on the outside and hot in the middle. This was one of the best BLT's I've had on a very long while. And they have 20oz stouts! That's a definite win!! However, the loudness and the wings were the two biggest issues for me. But with that being said, I will return and try the wings again. Maybe the kitchen was having an off night, but I'll give them another shot. I did feel like I was having to raise my voice a little bit when ordering. And our friend in the wheelchair did have plenty of room to move around. Overall, I still recommend giving this place a try if you've never been.

We were moving from Maryland to South Carolina and the office was super unresponsive after we applied. Imagine moving 500 miles away and an office not responding the week of your move/ days leading up to it. There was one employee who was super helpful in the office but shortly left after we moved in. The unresponsiveness should have been a HUGE red flag but we had to move (don't make the same mistake I made). I'm talking the office not picking up the phone at all. 2-3 months into our lease, we had accidentally overpaid the rent $1000. There was confusion on the initial deposit- again probably could have been avoided if they just picked up the phone prior to us moving in. We were told that it would credit into the next month. When it was time to pay the rent again, we got OVERCHARGED again for $1000. The manager was super unhelpful/rude during this and never issued a refund (we were emailing back and forth). Emails are condescending - I have multiple communication degrees. I explained to the manager that the portal told us to pay $400 but charged my husband's card the full $1400. Mind you- this was DURING THE HURRICANE when we had POWER OUTAGES/GROCERY STORES WERE SHUT DOWN. Manager did not care and wasn't willing to help. At this point, we knew that the office didn't really truly care about their tenants. For the past 3 months, we have had issues with the dryer not drying our clothes properly. The dryer has caused a SUPER inconvenience on myself and my husband. We both work full time and need a working unit. The dryer stops after 5 mins, runs without drying, etc. we are constantly having to re wash clothes due to mildew because the dry stops randomly. We have spoken with other tenants who also have the same issues with their dryers. It completely ruined my bed comforter ($100 bed comforter). We have put in several tickets now and we are told constantly to re test it and have not received a resolution. We have to go to our friend's house to clean clothes in fear of our stuff being ruined. The maintenance team is nice but a replacement is way beyond over due. I've never had issues like this with a washer/ dryer unit like this ever. We also had a leak in our bedroom. Maintenance came and cut a hole in our ceiling and left a bucket to catch the water. It's been like this for 2 weeks now. Yesterday our CEILING FAN detached from the ceiling ( yay another issue). From the dryer, leaks, cheaply made apartments, overall I would say learn from me to not move here. Emails from management are condescending and unhelpful. The only good things will say the maintenance team is very nice but I think they are probably overworked and dealing with a management team that doesn't care about their tenants or building. It's nice to walk to the grocery store and be close to the city but we feel that the price of our apartment rent does not justify all the issues we have in the apartment.

She told the maintenance man to talk to me bc im the lease holder. Then he came over to me and said that there are no parties allowed at the pool. I told him I understood and he showed me the rules however, I told him we WEREN'T having a PARTY and that i understood the rules of the pool. We was going to set our food up that I brought from tropical grill and eat before we got to the pool to swim. Me plus 2 ppl were going to swim per rule. The food was going to be put up, after we were done eating. The 1st maintenance man(which wasn't on duty )said he understood and I can continue to put my food at the picnic table by the grill area, but the maintenance man on duty said that he called the property manager and he said we had to move from outside picnic table. I wasn't breaking any rules and I always respect my community. The maintenance men kept on saying "Party", but a party and a small group of ppl who is just eating is different, both maintenance men were unprofessional. We never put any parts of our bodies into the pool or went back to the pool area. The Maintenance men need to work on there perfessionalism when dealing with the tenants. I have talked to neighbors and they said the maintenance men do the same to them when it comes to the pool and picnic area. On Tuesday 7/22, I got my 1st violation, after 8yrs of living in the community. stating that I had to many guests at the pool. However, i have witness and neighbors that can prove differently bc I told my guest to stay away from the pool area after the maintenance men were rude and disrespectful to my guest. it was called to my attention that i stated that I was planning something on Friday,by me texting several people. I asked the manager who? bc i fear that my information is being shared amongst staff members. She told me she couldn't share who said that, so I assumed my number and information is being shared amongst staff members bc i don't know any 1 but on a perfessional level. I also told her on Friday, I was at work and that was impossible for me to txt anyone in that nature. The date 7/20 was called to my attention which was a Sunday, I was out of town. I was told that i was recorded by maintenance man and I had no knowledge of that bc i had a bathing suit on and that would i have been inappropriate of the maintenance men to record me in a bathing suit. FYI: The amenities and the apartment complex, aren't being taking care of properly and the last time I tried to talk to the property manager, she never corrected my concerns properly and she once told me that im renting the apartment not buying the apartment. However, I care about my community that im renting from. I care about the appearance of home and I want BETTER than what im paying for. -The pool is dirty -The seat benches by the pool is rusty, dirty and falling off the henches. -There are big holes in ground around the grill and park bench area by the pool -Around doors, walk ways ,under stairs cases around the apartment complexes are dirty -Theres trash and cigarettes on the ground

Let's start with the good: Everything about this complex is great. Quiet Neigbors, Beautiful Landscaping, and competitive pricing. Stacey, the gentleman who does most of the work interacting with current and prospective tenants, is an incredible guy. I've lived here for almost 3 months, and everything has gone perfectly except for one thing: My apartment regularly REEKS of smoke (I am not a smoker). After 2 months of trying to ignore the smoke smell, and trying to avoid getting any other tenants in hot water, I approached the manager (don't know her name, older lady with white hair). I walked into the office, and told her that after spending 2 days out of town, I returned to an apartment that smelled like someone had just smoked an entire pack of cigarettes in my living room. I kindly approached the Manager and told her about the terrible cigarette smell. She immediately told me, "Oh, it travels through the water drains. Make sure you seal your sink and other open water drains." I responded by telling her that I didn't want a quick fix, but that I wanted whoever was smoking indoors to stop, so that my living space and clothing would not permanent stink of cigarettes. She responded by saying that every apartment here is allowed to be a smoking apartment. I couldn't believe that, as I was NEVER told about this. Any time I have friends over who smoke, I ask them to go outside. But, apparently, anyone could smoke a carton a day indoors, and let that stink seep into surrounding apartments. When I asked the Manager why I was never informed of this, her response was "we are not obligated to tell you about that". I told her that that is ridiculous, considering neighbors may have athsma, or be raising young children who should not have to be exposed to heavy smoke stench in their home. She responded by saying, "sorry, we can't do anything. People have been smoking here for years, the best I could do is maybe let you out of your lease." In summary: This is a beautiful complex. Just be ready to have your living space and clothing be permanently stained with cigarette smell. And if that is unacceptable to you, "plug up your sink and shower when you're away so it doesn't smell as bad."

We arrived at this apartment to move in, however, there was a horrible smell. We traced it to the cabinets in the kitchen and found tons of black mold. We went to the front office and told them. They told us that the apartment next to it flooded from a water leak and just then realized that it must have flooded into this apartment. It had been sitting for a while and no one had checked on it. They told us that we could pick another apartment and I told them that I wanted to terminate the lease. They agreed to do that. Good thing we had a little bit of time left on our previous apartment lease so we could unpack and move back into there until we found a new home. I would say that they need to check on apartments if they are not occupied to make sure they are maintained properly, especially after a water leak.
