Being able to do everything yourself via their website sounds good, right? I bought a new car over the weekend and right afterward went online to update my policy. I didn't finish because there were so many steps and lots of information was required. I ended up calling my agent instead and everything was done within minutes... and without me having to provide all of the stuff that they were asking for online.

I had an issue with a claim where my insurance estimate was cancelled by corporate as they were unable to find my vehicle at the inspection yard. The tow company did not release my auto to the inspection yard until after the inspection date. So... Car not found inspection cancelled. This was the state for 16 days. I contacted Eric & his team, and explained that my repair inspection was 16 days or so overdue. 24 hours later after the escalation by Eric's Team...
