From the very beginning, she was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me find the right home and auto insurance coverage. What really stood out was how much she truly cared about making sure I understood every detail. Insurance can be confusing, but Hansi took the time to walk me through all my options, explain the coverage clearly, and answer every single question with patience and honesty. I never felt rushed or pressured, only supported. She went above and beyond to make sure I felt confident in my decisions, and it's clear she puts her clients first in every situation. It's rare to find someone who combines expertise with such a high level of personal care and integrity. If you're looking for someone you can trust on every level-whether it's personal or business insurance, Hansi is absolutely the person to work with. I highly recommend her to anyone who wants a smooth, transparent, and truly positive insurance experience.

His attitude was so bad that I am OK if anybody wants to contact me regarding my experience. Jonathankaram@gmail.com Amanda was great to work with from the beginning over a year and a half ago, unfortunately I can't say The same about her husband. Matt is very rude And argumentative. I had to conversations with him today regarding a claim that we have had ongoing since may from roof damage and from the very first call today he was cutting me off, talking down to me, speaking to me like a child, And also told me their foremost policies would cover my roof damage and replace my Roof Only to find out that they have exclusions to replace any roof with Foremost from damage to shingles. And he said when he originally read my policy he thought it sounded like a good thing and now he realizes it's a "really really bad thing." So great, now that will cost me 10,000 to fix out-of-pocket because he doesn't know his policy. I could have gotten past that except for his extreme rudeness to me and I mentioned to him how as a customer I really don't appreciate being spoken to the way he is speaking to me and then he was extremely defensive, told me he would send me the recording so I could hear if he was rude or not and I asked him to please do and I would appreciate if he would listen to it as well. Then he said "hmm I'll think about it." I honestly could've got past the part of him not knowing how his policies work and costing me money because I believe everyone makes mistakes but the way he spoke to me as a customer was so unacceptable and rude. The way he spoke to me proved he does not care about my business or my properties .

I just moved to Atlanta, and so I needed renters and auto insurance for when I got here. I was…read morereally excited about the process initially. Before I paid, everything went well. They gave me space after the initial call and called me again when I reached out to move forward in the process. They gave me a fantastic rate for both auto and renters insurance, honestly way cheaper through his office than any other agent or company I've gotten a quote. This was the only part of my experience that was good and that's why they get 2 stars. I mentioned that I wasn't moving to Atlanta until the end of July, so I needed my insurance to start on a specific date. Well, they didn't adhere to that and started my policies the day I paid (which was over the phone and about two weeks prior to my move). I paid and I don't know if it's something new on the system, but even though I paid in full for 6 months for auto and 12 months for renters, my policy is showing month to month payments regardless. Whatever - it shows I have that amount in credit. It still feels like a little sketchy way to do it though. Well, the following two weeks was a headache. After I paid, they were NOT responsive at all. I sent multiple emails, both directly and through State Farm's website. I talked with them on the phone, which is the only time I really got any communication. I needed them to change the effective date, and add my bf to the renter's policy. While the agent mentioned he would update it that same day, nothing ever happened. I understand sometimes it can take a few business days before the changes take effect, but it never did. I get it. Agents have tons of clients (and you can read earlier reviews about this agent stating so), but I appreciate communication. I don't necessarily need you to respond to me within 5 seconds, but at least tell me hey, we're a bit busy, but we'll get it updated as soon as we can and you should see it in the next few days. Nope. If you do decide to go with this agent, they can probably offer you a really great rate cheaper than others. However, make absolutely sure you tell them exactly what you want and when you want it to start, though it's best to be as simple as possible with your policies I guess. That's a lesson I learned with this office. Be very specific from the getgo and probably repeat it more than once. I've been a customer of State Farm for years, and have always had great service (both in Austin and Chicago). This is the only time it didn't meet high-quality standards. Ultimately, I put in an agent transfer request to a different office altogether. Moving to a different state is already a headache. I didn't need this to add to it.

He has done everything he told me he would do as soon as he was able. This is the State Farm that I'm used to. Very high-quality service and I highly recommended him for your insurance needs.
