Had been closed for refurbishment ,but now back brushed up and shining frontage.

Very promising start which deteriorated into a poor experience following a significant delay on the delivery of a carpet with no pro-active communication from the owner. Although the carpet was very well laid, the final straw was when damage to plasterwork was caused during the this process and no responsibility for this was taken the owner of the company. Prior to these incidents, we had fully intended to purchase further carpeting from this company, but feel that we could be given a much better service by other flooring companies, particularly after sales and post installation. If asked, we would not recommend this company. read more
