He always answers his phone, he will take care of anything you need and always gets right back to you, if you have a complaint about another tenant or an issue of any kind, Shane will do his best to handle it. If you have small children, there is a downside, they're expanding and the construction is noisy during the day. Also, this park is all dirt and rock, so no grass for your kids to play in and there are stray dogs that run around and will leave waste in your yard (which you will have to clean up yourself) They're dog friendly, they have waste bags for you to use on the side of the office, their prices are good for the area and the location is close to a lot of businesses that are convenient for you and your family.

Yes, it's not falling apart, it just needs a little work, but because it's not up to their standards. They refuse to rent me a lot. And I'm not even asking to use their electricity. I have a generator that's a brand new predator very quiet. And they assume, I guess cause my trailer looks white trash. That I must have a white trust generator too, which isn't worth more than the lot they're renting me and my trailer combined probably 3 times over be very careful trying to rent with these people because if you're not up to their standards. They won't rent to you. I don't understand what the look of my trailer has to do would be paying my rent to rent a spot there. And my generator's not loud and doesn't bother anybody yet. This other r v plays , i'm at so why would they assume that it's gonna bother anyone around their trailer park.I was needing to move my trailer to a closer location.Because I'm trying to get to work at Walmart in the automotive department and where I'm located at right now.My uber cost me thirty dollars there and thirty dollars back , but thanks to these people discriminating against me, I'm not good enough to rent there and be closer to my job, so be careful without renting it in arby's spot there because they might discriminate against your trailer. Next, it aint even the person they're discriminating against, it's the look of my trailer. Cause it's not brand new\n It's all I could afford at the time when I lost my house.

At first the owner was nice as well as Maria. There's no laundry as stated on his website and the…read moreroads were okay just bumpy whenever you come in and out. I was asking Maria about the daily rate (as we didn't know what day we were leaving yet oil field), and she first said it was $35 and said it might be for 3 days so it was $105 I understand. Then to find out we were there until Sunday and told her about it and she said it'll be $40 and sent a link for it and I'm just sitting there confused because why did it go up $5 more than what I was told and asked about it. Her response was "Because the longer you stay the less you pay" in which I paid and she also said that travelers are $50. I called the owner to ask about this situation as I'm left flabbergasted and stunned since the price kept looking like it's changing and he told me (seems rude) to pay whatever Maria told me to pay and it was $50 for travelers and hung up with no explanation. We paid $200 a week because they wouldn't also do no probate. We wouldn't stay here again due to noises from highways, dog park wasn't really enclosed for my dog as she can escape through the fence hole, park was behind some the rv and it felt weird, and this situation. Wouldn't really recommend it but everyone a different choice.

The room was very spacious, the bed was large and comfortable, and my husband appreciated the big TV. The shower had great hot water. The hotel itself is very nice, especially the lobby and bar area. Parking was easy and convenient as we're able to park right in the front entrance with no issues both nights being there, and the location is excellent. It's right across from Torchy's Tacos and next to Starbucks. The only reasons I didn't give it 5 stars were that the pool was smaller than I expected and there wasn't a hot tub/jacuzzi. Also, because of the hardwood floors, I could hear the guests upstairs walking. Overall, it's a clean, comfortable hotel in a great location, and I'd recommend it and I would stay again.

First, the hostess didn't greet or acknowledge us. She simply stared at us before eventually seating us. After we were seated, we waited... and waited. No one ever came to our table. We were genuinely looking forward to dining here, but being completely overlooked ruined what should have been an enjoyable part of our staycation.
