We found out the hard way that the roof leaks. It leaked on our items and when we brought it to there attention they claimed they fixed it but we might want to bring a bucket just in case. We had water damaged items and they simply did not care. Issue two, we had multiple items stolen out of the booth both by vendors and shoplifters. There is no security we found out later. Once again no management concern. Issue three, parking is sub par to say the least. When we informed them we were out of there they tried to rent out the same leaking booth to someone else. Did not work as you can see water damage down the walls. We were scheduled to move out at the end of May. Our daughter passed away and we had to leave town. We called Judy and she said she was going to have another vender move out our stuff and charge us 250.00 for doing it. We'll they never moved our stuff , thank god but still charged us. Wow.. Talk about character.... Don't go here folks.....

They have tons of lovely handmade items as well as plenty of the usual antique bits - You'll always find flowered teacups, an entire booth dedicated to street signs and some smaller pieces of furniture. There are a number of booths with hand printed shirts and they recently have a Tyler Candle Company too - always a lovely find. The owners, sisters, are always sweet as can be as well as the workers. I ordered the new "scratch resistant" fabric that was needed to cover both arms on my piece of furniture. Ignacio was very nice and highly professional. He came out to my home and carefully placed my furniture piece in his van. Ignacio asked me what fabric color I would like to use for the trim which was very thoughtful of him. He did an amazing job of removing the damaged fabric and replacing it with my new fabric. He brought my re-upholstered furniture back to my home about 2 weeks later. I had worn blue jeans for all of that time watching TV. The one area had turned blue and the leather was worn out. As a stop gap measure I hired Armando prior to guests arriving to improve that area, I was embarrassed by the shoddy look. Armando and his son gave me a quote to not only repair the area but replace every piece of foam in the couch and repair broken zippers for the cushions. After a full day of work by Armando and his son I was amazed that my huge sectional couch looked like it did the day that I had purchased it. He saved me a fortune and I still have the couch that our family loves without having to find something that is similar. Last week a large fossil fell off my wall and damaged the couch. Obviously , I was not happy about losing the fossil or damaging my loved couch. Armando and his son instantly came over and rescued the couch and gave me a referral to rehabilitate my oak floor.
