Chubb refused to release the deposit unless I gave him a copy of the full inspection report. This is illegal. He is not entitled to this information but is trying to extort a free inspection report on the property. He has also placed the listing back on the market, but still has my deposit. I would advice both those looking to list their homes and searching for a new home to steer clear of him. He is dishonest, unethical and unprofessional

We learned nothing about the house after the tour. It is a seller's market but the listing agent should still do his due diligence to help the seller score the best possible offer. The listing agent was not interested in talking to any buyers, we tied to ask him questions and he would not answer anything because he is so busy(pretending) watching the traffic and saying bye and hi to people he knows. And he would not let anyone park at available spot at the open house, because he was saving the spot for his daughter. His daughter can not answer anything about the house but was standing in the kitchen blocking people from checking it out, so unprofessional. Any one trying to sell their house should avoid him because he did not do any thing to market the house to prospective buyers. The photos of the house are bad, no listing sheet at the open house, only materials at the open house were his mortgage partner's information. Horrible! Don't know his name because he didn't say, attached picture is him.
