Chubb refused to release the deposit unless I gave him a copy of the full inspection report. This is illegal. He is not entitled to this information but is trying to extort a free inspection report on the property. He has also placed the listing back on the market, but still has my deposit. This agent spoke to my daughter as if she were a criminal using insulting language and insulting me, her elderly mother! This is intolerable.
