And when she finished scrubbing my feet she left them out to dry for 30 minutes while she did my nail polish. Someone licensed would know that exfoliated skin needs moisture immediately or you will be dryer than you were when you started. When she finally did my massage it lasted probably 2 minutes and she did it with oil, so it just sat on top off skin. For $40 it should list how long the massage is and my feet should feel soft and moisturized when I leave. I probably won't be back unless they actually train their staff.

Prior to the appointment I received a couple reminders which I appreciated. Upon arrival I filled out any paperwork and Sandy got to work. She's an absolute perfectionist and it takes a lot of time, but it's 100% worth the trouble. I had a not so good job done prior and my eyebrows were almost orange and I had to color them in everyday. I really appreciated the patience I was shown as I'm quite squirmy and I furl my eyebrows constantly. I was repeatedly gently reminded to relax my face and I tried, but I needed constant reminders. After what seemed like forever (I have ADHD) & this tested my ability to control myself, I was beyond grateful for the attention to detail Sandy gave.
