I completely understand why the pool area would need to be warm and as someone who has been in the water with her baby, I appreciate it, but for the people who are watching someone swim, it gets REALLY uncomfortably warm sometimes... and im usually cold. I appreciate the fact that you can easily cancel a lesson if you need to and you have a year to make it up. There is also an app that shows your child's progress and it makes it easy to find dates for make up lessons.

The facility is so clean and well organized. Each swim level has their own lane with their own teachers. My sister and husband joined the kids in the Mini 1 class. Since they are still infants, an adult is required to swim with them. They offered seating through the glass wall to see all the swimmers in their lanes. My sister and husband had a great time learning new skills with our little ones. We will definitely be signing up our daughter and can't wait to see her skills grow! I would panic as soon as I would even lay back and therefore would sink . I didn't know any proper swim strokes or how to tread water . On my first lesson I had Greta made me very comfortable . She very thoroughly walked me through step by step on how to float . I learned how to float on my first lesson . Which for years I have never been successful at . For reference I am 21 years old . After my time with Greta I am now able to Float effortlessly , Tread Water, swim freestyle , breast stroke and backstroke . I am very grateful to Greta for she has given me skills I have wanted/needed for a very long time . I am definitely going to put my new skills to practice for my upcoming snorkeling trip . Which was my initial reasoning for signing up for lessons . However there are so many benefits that have come alongside of learning how to swim . Here were the problems: 1. $10 for an hour of play is pretty steep. It should be $10 for 1 1/2 or 2 hours. But then they made the kids stop playing and put their shoes on when there was still 5 minutes left to play. This was especially frustrating because the price is already pretty high. 2. They divided the kids up into a baby room and a kid room, and the rooms are completely separate. This made it unnecessarily difficult for those of us with a kid in each age group and limited my ability to interact with my kids in this space. When I asked if I my 3 year old could stay in the kid room if I was there I was no a very stern NO. 3. They kept telling the little kids they could only jump on the trampolines going one direction. Which would make sense if there were other kids waiting to use the equipment or it was a structured play time. But that wasn't the case, and the unhelpful and bossy employees were annoying. 4. My younger child kept falling on the trampoline and when I got on the trampoline to help him and show him how to bounce I was told I wasn't allowed on any of the equipment. So I wasn't allowed to help my child have a safe and enjoyable experience. It was frustrating. 5. My older child came to me at the end frustrated that the employees wouldn't help the kids use the equipment in the larger kid area and that the employees were really bossy. I wasn't in the big section, so I didn't see this first hand, but it was consistent with what I saw in the little kid section. We won't be going back.
