After payment, the owner refused to ship the item to me, so I had to file a dispute with my CC company. Makes me wonder if he ever had the painting in his possession in the first place. That's the highest there is, period. Also, they may charge you for said fees months later! You will think you're already squared away and suddenly you have a charge on your credit card. Really not a good practice, even if it's by mistake because they misplaced some invoices. That's on you as a business, not the buyer. Was also not notified that this was happening, just saw the charge on my card and had to inquire.
