John is the best teacher I've come across in a long time. I was not looking for a complete swing…read moreoverhaul, just a couple of tweeks. After 15 minutes with John, I was back in business. I know I have to practice and work on the tweek that John suggested. I will be taking a series of lessons with John and hope to get my handicap back to 5 from the 10 it is now. My first 2 rounds after seeing John, I shot 77 in each round. If you are serious about getting better, I strongly urge you to go see John. I've been playing golf for 42 years and have seen several coaches over the years, I am very happy to have John as my coach and I know I'm on my way to better golf! Thanks John!

The one star reduction has to do with the dramatic rise in prices over the years and the crowding. The "free lunch" voucher at the snack stand is a bit of a cheap trick--at these greens fees you get a hot dog, a bag of chips, then are charged for your drink and a mandatory tip. That's a minor quibble. The staff are excellent.

We are members at an exclusive country club and definitely have respect for the sport, so were not doing anything wrong. There was a vibe from the Pro Shop, the starter, and even the cart girl that was unwelcoming, snippy, and rude. That's just not our idea of a great time ever. ....especially considering the course was only OK as far as condition and definitely a step/down from many , many courses. We will not return.

This was my first experience with formal golf instruction. (I'm a bit of a cheapskate) The offer…read morepopped up on Facebook, and the price for the scoring clinic was so low I couldn't say no. My expectations were pretty low, but I was MORE than pleasantly surprised. The facility is immaculate! The course is one of the finest I've seen, and all the practice areas are just as well cared for. Brian, the director of instruction who was conducting the clinic, greeted us at the carts. He quickly processed my payment, then chatted with the other participants and I while we waited for a couple of others. When it was apparent they weren't coming, Brian got to work. He provided us with a folder that contained a waiver, some brochures, and some documents we could use to track our data (yardage with each club, progress putting, etc). Brian gave us a thorough explanation of what they were for and how to use them. We were provide drinks & sunscreen to keep safe & healthy. With that, we were off to the "classroom". Brian talked about how we could adjust our posture to make our swing (in putting, chipping and pitching) more consistent. Since this was a short game scoring clinic we started on the putting green. Brian gave us some technical information, then some drills to practice what he'd explained. It was similar with our work on chipping & pitching. Along the way Brian used some high tech electronic gizmos to help reinforce his teaching and to measure how far we were hitting the ball. Super helpful information for those firms he gave us earlier. Before I knew it our time was up! Normally 2 hours in Florida heat feels like an eternity, but we were having fun and learning so much the time flew by. Brian gave us some nice souvenirs and sent us on our way. He made a point to remind the class that he hoped to see us out again, or at least to let him know how we were improving. He was truly interested in helping us improve and enjoy the game more.

When you arrive you check in, your bay is assigned. The server will initially stop by to greet you, take your food and drink order, they provide you with a tutorial (if needed) and will give you time to get acquainted with your space, choose your game and club (bring your own set If you want). The servers are friendly, will stop bye often to check up on you. The food is (what I would say) elevated bar food, yummy and satisfying. This place is as fun as you make it, and competitive as you want it to be. Here you can make moments into memories while out with the family, or meeting up with friends, enjoying a day date or date night.

While we were playing the food was taking forever to come out and when it did it was cold. I advised my server and she was super apologetic and assured me she would fix it. Even a manager came to apologize and even gave us 15 more mins of playtime. Once the food came out it was hot and delicious. Other than the delay for our food we had an amazing experience. Check-in/out was very easy, my room was clean, nice and spacious, with a beautiful view. The bar and pool area is huge and so much fun! We all had a blast and really enjoyed each others company down at the pool bar. If I had one thing to note I wished were better, most of the nights there was only 1 bartender at the pool bar, and with our large conference and also probably other guests out there, it was hard to get service. But that guy was working amazingly so it wasn't him, he just couldn't be in multiple places at once! Was pleasantly surprised at how much of a hit the lay river was with us, but we had a blast! Lastly, the party that was put together by the staff was 10/10! Really do appreciate all the hardwork and how much fun we had! Wish I'd thought to take pictures, but I guess I was too busy enjoying myself!

They directed me to where to park and provided more information on the conference. Entering the lobby there was plenty of seating to sit down or relax from arriving. There wasn't anyone bothering you. From the start of the conference they wad constant support with snacks and making sure everyone was hydrated. The shops that were inside the hotel had very nice souvenirs. Clothes , jewelry and etc. I will definitely be back at this hotel. Can't wait to try their golf course , pool and extra amenities
