When you special order furniture from ANY STORE, you open yourself up to a myriad of problems. I've been through it. Don't blame the locals, they're at the mercy of the manufacturer. Havertys should be ashamed for selling such low-quality furniture and especially for selling repair policy which is turning into a rip off.

Mine was broken and I've looked everywhere online for a replacement.
