Despite countless opportunities to correct the same issues over many cleanings, Anna was unable to maintain any type of consistency and becomes defensive or hostile when documented issues are presented by our office. These repeated issues include, but are not limited to, leaving sliding glass doors unlocked, leaving windows wide open, leaving stained towels and sheets for guests, not arriving on time or not arriving at all, failure to complete checklists, cleaners driving their vehicles across our lawns, not cleaning bathrooms properly, putting away dirty dishes/pots/pans, not emptying lint traps, leaving trash and debris under furniture, and general failure to follow written procedures. After managing 23 properties for more than 10 years, we've never had a housekeeping service do more damage to our rating then Anna at My Sparkle Pro. Ultimately, we had to terminate our relationship with My Sparkle Pro due to both quality control and security concerns. Govern yourself accordingly.

From start to finish, their team demonstrated professionalism and expertise. I had contracted them before for a flooring project and I was impressed with their work so when it was time for a new project, I knew I would be in great hands with Miami Floors and Bath. The attention to detail in every aspect of the remodel was impressive. Also, the project was completed on schedule, which was something really important to me as I was in Miami for only a limited time. Their commitment to meeting deadlines without compromising quality is commendable. Throughout the process, they kept me informed about progress, any unexpected challenges, and potential solutions. The workers were incredible working long hours, being courteous to inquiring residents, and ensured that the area exposed was carefully protected to ensure that the area was safe. In an elderly community, that was a critical factor as they are often curious (it helps them to ask questions to occupy some of their time). Your team are dedicated employees and handled interruptions from residents in a friendly manner. The residents in our building are impressed with the job. The repair comprised of removing all the pavers for 12-14 feet, leveling in order to pitch the water retention toward the open area. With a building 40 years old, matching the older pavers was a pleasant surprise to see how closely matched they were. As the Vice President of Bimini Association, I had to relay how happy and appreciative they are with the professional job. No one would ever know that a huge section of repair. The residents especially the residents that were affected by the 3" collection of water from heavy rains that did not dissipate for several days. I am remiss not taking the time to show my appreciation on behalf of the building residents an myself. The level of professionalism for your team and yourself was outstanding. I t is refreshing to see the owner coming out daily to inspect the progress and the quality of the work performed. Every day whether it was the repair of the major renovation, all the building rules were followed. Your workers made sure on each job you do that the public areas are clean when they leave. I personally appreciated the cleanliness of the area while doing the job and as they left the job each night. Please feel free to share my review of your company and I will be posting it in yelp and google. Thank you again for your attention to detail and pride shown with a beautiful job.
